I paid $745 for real estate seller leads. This company never emailed or provided any seller leads. They also never provided an invoice. When I called the phone number, the number is unable to receive incoming calls. I communicated with someone via text message and immediately requested a refund, which I was advised I could do within 45 days of purchase. They refused to refund my purchase. They stated someone from "Onboarding" would be in contact with me to set up my account. I was never contacted by anyone from "onboarding", never received seller or buyer leads, was refused my request to cancel and refund my charge. I do not know if this company is legit or fraudulent.

I've been working with Estaterix Technologies for the past month and have received 5 leads during this time. My focus has been on buying and selling real estate in Dallas. Their ISAs demonstrate strong expertise, asking pertinent questions to prospects.

The quality of leads provided by Estaterix is impressive. These leads show genuine interest and readiness to engage in business. Moreover, the ISA schedules my initial call appointments with them, ensuring they anticipate my outreach. The marketing team effectively targets my preferred geographical areas and employs diverse strategies to generate leads, rigorously verifying them through their ISA process.

In cases where I've encountered a less promising lead, Estaterix promptly replaces it, highlighting its commitment to quality service.

Overall, I confidently recommend Estaterix to fellow realtors. They are a reputable company and a dependable partner in growing your real estate business.
