Scheduling was a breeze
Scheduling was a breeze. The photographer showed up on time and knew exactly what kind of angles and shots would work best for the home. The photos and 3D virtual tour were delivered quickly and they looked amazing online. Definitely using again.

12 hour guaranteed turnaround
12 hour guaranteed turnaround. 28 hours later - no photos. Extremely hard to deal with, rude, entitled and not apologetic in any way. I was told "you'll get your photos when you get them" After 21 years and selling over 1,000 homes, I have never had such a poor experience with a "vendor". I had to continuously reach out since I hadn't heard back in 24 hours. They made me feel like they didn't want my business and then told me they were punishing me for saying that I wouldn't use them in the future by extending the turnaround time. The discount offered after my second or third call was 10%. It was insulting all around.

I sincerely apologize that this experience did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, a severe and unexpected power outage due to bad weather impacted our editors’ ability to complete the photos within the usual 12-hour timeframe. I communicated this immediately, offered a discount to make up for the delay, and did my best to keep you updated.
While we understand that delays are frustrating — especially in fast-paced real estate — mutual respect is always important during difficult conversations. I regret that our interaction became tense and did not reflect our usual standard of service.

Professional, reliable, and worth every penny
’ve used Estate Shutter a few times now, and every experience has been excellent. Their photography instantly elevates the look of any listing — bright, sharp, and thoughtfully framed. The virtual staging is also incredibly well done; it actually looks real, not cheesy or overdone like some other services I’ve tried in the past.
What really impressed me was how quick and smooth the entire process was. Booking was simple, communication was clear, and I had the final media back faster than expected. They genuinely care about the details, which as a realtor, I really appreciate.
