Excelente la clinica , tuve una optima atencion por parte de todas las personas , me recojieron en aeropuerto translado al hotel y hotel de buena calidad ,luego en el transplante equipe medica mui professional y amable todos muy atenciosos estoy contento con el trato recibido especialmente por parte de mimosa y erida del equipo posirurgico

Sono sincero, le aspettative per come mi avevano illustrato erano alte. Hotel di lusso con spa, trasporti privati, all inclusive…. Si e no. L’hotel molto lusso non era. In mezzo al centro più rumoroso della città con rettilinei e incroci pericolosi appena sotto l’hotel avendo quindi rumori di clacson e tutto quello che riguarda il traffico durante tutta la notte. La colazione l’ho trovata, purtroppo per me, immangiababile. Davano a disposizione alle 7 di mattina, 8 differenti qualità di olive, cose sott’aceto, affettati di colore dubbio, senza neanche avere la possibilità di una brioche dolce o di un piatto salato semplice come le uova. Per fortuna che l’acqua c’era.
Vabbè, sostanzialmente sono andato lì per un trapianto di capelli, non per i servizi alberghieri anche se avrei preferito avere la possibilità di dormire un po e di poter fare colazione.
I trasporti privati c’erano, erano carini e spaziosi anche se un po cupi.
La clinica era in mezzo ad un quartiere non proprio altolocato come ti dicono, in mezzo al nulla in un quartiere che farebbe pensare.
Una volta dentro mi hanno messo subito a mio agio.
L’operazione è andata tutto bene, molto gentili, mi chiedevano di continuo se andava bene, se avevo bisogno di qualcosa, se sentivo male….
Puliti, professionali e gentili!!
L’unica cosa di cui ci sono rimasto male, ahimè, sono i costi aggiuntivi che ti chiedono li, mi esprimo meglio… al telefono mi hanno detto che era ALL INCLUSIVE fatta ad eccezione ovviamente del volo aereo che è a carico tuo e potrebbe teoricamente anche essere tutto incluso ma, a parere mio, ti spingono a spendere di più, sì per un risultato migliore ma in maniera che quasi ti mettono paura con i risultati se non fai l’upgrade.
Per tutto il resto è andato tutto bene, ti informavano per messaggio di tutto, pensavano tutto loro, e tutt’ora mi stanno dietro a distanza per la cura di recupero

Nie polecam, zero efektu. Jeśli chcecie to lepię dopłacić i mieć dobrze wykonany zabieg. W razie pytań proszę

Realizei um transplante capilar na Estemon Clinic, na Turquia, e infelizmente a minha experiência foi bastante negativa.

Antes do procedimento, deixei claro que não queria apenas uma intervenção na linha frontal (“topete”), mas sim uma abordagem mais completa. Ainda assim, foi exatamente isso que foi feito, sem alinhamento com o que foi discutido.

Paguei também um valor adicional para utilização de áreas doadoras como barba e peito. No entanto, a área da barba e do peito manteve-se praticamente intacta, indicando que não houve uma extração relevante, apesar da cobrança.

Outro ponto importante foi a técnica: paguei por um procedimento DHI, mas tudo indica que foi realizado um FUE tradicional, o que não corresponde ao serviço contratado.

A nível administrativo, a experiência foi igualmente preocupante:

* O contrato foi apresentado apenas momentos antes do procedimento, em inglês, sem versão em português e sem cópia fornecida.
* O passaporte foi retido durante a permanência na clínica.
* Foram cobrados vários custos adicionais não informados previamente.
* Até hoje não recebi qualquer fatura ou comprovativo de pagamento.

Além disso, não existe identificação clara da clínica no local, dando a sensação de que existem intermediários a vender pacotes, sem transparência sobre quem é realmente responsável pelo procedimento.

O procedimento foi realizado por profissionais muito jovens, sem que fosse claro o nível de experiência ou supervisão médica.

Um dos aspetos mais preocupantes ocorreu durante o procedimento: após me sentir mal (náuseas e tonturas), foi-me dada uma bebida apresentada como água. Tinha um sabor doce e, cerca de um minuto depois, perdi a consciência, tendo acordado aproximadamente duas horas depois. Não me foi explicado o que estava a ser administrado nem me foi pedido qualquer consentimento.

Outro ponto relevante: fui incentivado a deixar uma avaliação positiva no Google ainda dentro da clínica, no momento, sob supervisão, o que levanta dúvidas sobre a autenticidade de algumas avaliações existentes.

Com 5 meses de pós-operatório, o resultado apresenta densidade insuficiente e não corresponde ao esperado nem ao prometido.

Deixo este relato como alerta para quem estiver a considerar este tipo de procedimento: procurem informação independente, confirmem quem é o médico responsável e não avancem sem total transparência.

Everything was perfect just how I wanted from start to finish even after care speaking with consultants would defiantly recommend and will defiantly be back end of year to get final transplant done

Zeer tevreden over de begeleiding na mijn haartransplantatie. Maandelijks wordt het proces goed opgevolgd via foto’s en krijg ik duidelijke feedback. Fijn dat er zo betrokken wordt meegekeken naar het herstel.

Horrific group . All smiles and lovely contact until deposits paid. Sent details of hotel id be staying in . Lovely spa hotel , sent us to a hotel with 3 legs on the bed we had to roll a towel up to stop it rocking, air con dripping on us, awful part of town . Had to keep asking where my treatment was then when confirmed I was in a taxi no interpreter nobody to ask sent me to another place. So I wasn’t able to check reviews ect as I always do, When got there they wanted to file my teeth down give me crowns. Even though I went for veneers and teeth perfect for them my porcelain veneers just needed replacing as already planned and discussed . I had to buy another hotel, pay for flights arranged a lot at home before I went even paid extra luggage to take stuff to use spa and still don’t have my money back . I’d give zero stars if I could . Do your research lots of good places Iv used In Turkey these are but them avoid avoid

I was booked for a hair transplant from 6–8 February 2026. Plot twist: I bailed after seeing the place. Turns out my survival instinct still works. This review covers the full package since the clinic arranged everything… allegedly.
✈️ Arrival & Transportation – The Invisible Driver Chronicles
Landed at SAW Airport. My agent promised a driver waiting with my name. Reality delivered empty sidewalks and existential doubt. Airport Wi-Fi didn’t work, so I bought an eSIM just to argue about whether a driver existed. He finally appeared one hour later.
The drive felt like a live-action racing game, and the driver didn’t know which hotel I was going to. Comforting start.
🏨 Hotel – Reservation? What Reservation?
At Hera Platinum Hotel the receptionist said I had no booking. Eventually they found one… under a completely different name. The room was tiny and smelled like cigarette smoke married a wet towel and raised it badly.
🚐 Clinic Visit – Location Roulette & Passport Drama
Pickup window 1–3pm. Miraculously on time. We were four patients, driven not to the Google Maps clinic but to a totally different building because they had “just moved.” Surprise!
Then they collected everyone’s passports. Red flag waving like it’s in a parade.
After an hour waiting, I saw a facility that felt more factory than clinic. Staff in jeans and T-shirts used medical gloves to press elevator buttons. The treatment room looked older than my childhood furniture. I saw patients leaving with patchy donor areas and odd graft placement. I’m not a doctor, but my gut started screaming louder than airport announcements.
I told the doctor I felt uncomfortable and my heart was racing. They were polite, but my instincts had already booked a return ticket.
💸 The Negotiation – Pay to Escape
Since I refused surgery, they wanted €850. I offered €500. They still had my passport, which made bargaining feel… motivational. We settled on €500. Expensive lesson, cheaper than regret.
🔑 Hotel Round Two – Water Feature Included
Back at the hotel my key didn’t work. Fifteen minutes later it did. I showered, slept, and woke at 7:30am to water dripping from the bathroom light onto my pants containing my passport, wallet, and powerbank. Everything soaked. Breakfast was technically food but spiritually confusing.
I met three guys who had surgery. All were upcharged on arrival. They described a painful, chaotic process with constant staff changes and mandatory closed eyes. Results looked rough. Again, not a doctor, just someone with functioning eyeballs.
📱 Aftercare – Now You See Them, Now You Don’t
At the clinic my agent replied within minutes. After problems started? Silence for hours, then longer silence. Final response basically said: “We organize things, but your problems are your problems.” Heartwarming.
🧾 Final Verdict
Missing driver, mystery locations, passport collecting, hidden costs, flooded hotel room, and communication that vanished faster than my confidence. I kept my hair and my health. Expensive trip, valuable lesson. Cannot recommend.

More than one year after my hair transplant at Estemoon, I can now objectively evaluate the results. The procedure covered both the frontal hairline and the crown, and I additionally paid for extraction of drafts from three extra donor areas (thighs, chest, and beard).
Unfortunately, the results are highly uneven. The frontal area shows growth, but the hairline looks artificial and unnatural. The crown area, however, has a very weak result with significantly lower density compared to the front.
My complaint was rejected with the explanation that it was not possible to extract more drafts. This does not convincingly explain why the two treated areas differ so significantly. Moreover, the post-procedure photos provided as justification do not show the crown area.
I was also informed about the additional €250 fee per donor area only during the procedure itself, which raises concerns about transparency.
Overall, my experience raises serious concerns regarding professionalism and ethical standards. I would strongly advise future patients to carefully consider their decision.

Ich bin mit den Leistungen der Estemoon Klinik sehr zufrieden. Von der ersten Beratung bis zur Durchführung der Behandlung habe ich mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben und professionell betreut gefühlt.
