In January 2024

In January 2024, I had a hair transplant performed by Ali Ekber Yürekli. The very next day, based on the recommendation and persuasion of this so-called doctor, I was placed into an oxygen chamber that he claimed would be beneficial for the transplanted hair. This device appeared to be something he had invented or improvised himself and most likely did not even have approval from the Ministry of Health.

Despite the fact that I clearly informed Ali Ekber Yürekli that my right ear had previously undergone surgery, he responded in an unprofessional manner, saying, “We will increase the pressure slowly, nothing will happen,” and proceeded to take responsibility for a medical decision that should only be handled by a qualified ENT specialist.

I was never informed that this application was new or experimental. No proper information was given about the machine. The device itself did not have official approval from the Ministry of Health, and within a few days all of the equipment was removed or destroyed, which I consider to be an attempt to eliminate evidence. I will also pursue legal consequences for this.

They did not obtain an informed consent form from me, as any proper medical facility should. It felt more like an unregulated operation.

About five minutes after entering the oxygen chamber, my left eardrum ruptured. When I informed the operator, I was told, “Everyone feels that way,” and the procedure continued regardless. No protective equipment for the ears was provided; I was placed into the machine with completely unprotected ears. Normally ear protection should be provided, but that day it was neglected.

Because of the operator’s lack of knowledge and the incompetence of Ali Ekber Yürekli, my left eardrum ruptured. More importantly, I developed permanent tinnitus in both ears. For the past two years I have visited countless doctors, and today I have to use hearing aids in both ears.

In short, I lost my health because of these unqualified individuals. If you do not want to risk your health, stay away from them.

The legal process is currently ongoing. They are now claiming that they never had such a device in their clinic, but I have submitted photographs to the relevant authorities as evidence. They have also presented two of their own employees as false witnesses; I will file additional legal complaints against them as the case progresses.

Stay away from Ali Ekber Yürekli and this establishment. If you do a little research, you will see that there are already many legal cases filed against them.

Bu klinikte saç ekimi yaptırdım ve başlangıçta oldukça umutluydum. Ancak ne yazık ki sonuçtan memnun değilim.

Ön görüşme sırasında konuşulan bazı konular ve verilen beklentiler, maalesef sonuçta karşılığını bulmadı. Özellikle donör bölgenin (saç alınan kısmın) işleniş şekli beni ciddi şekilde hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Donör alanın düzensiz ve estetik açıdan kötü bırakıldığını düşünüyorum. Saç kesiminde özel bir düzeltme yapılmadığı sürece görüntü gerçekten rahatsız edici. Profesyonel bir operasyonda böyle bir durumun yaşanmaması gerekir.

Beni en çok üzen ise şikayetim karşısındaki tutum oldu. Klinik, hiçbir hata yapılmadığını belirtti ve konuyu yapıcı şekilde değerlendirmeye yanaşmadı. Hatta, hem sonucu iyileştirmek hem de donör bölgeyi düzeltmek amacıyla ücretini ödemeye hazır olduğum ek bir operasyon talep etmeme rağmen çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım gösterilmedi. Şu anda ise mesajlarıma ve taleplerime hiçbir şekilde geri dönüş yapılmıyor.

Tüm ödemeyi yaptıktan ve süreç tamamlandıktan sonra bir hasta olarak bu şekilde yalnız bırakılmak gerçekten hayal kırıklığı yaratıyor. Saç ekimi gibi hassas bir işlemde sadece operasyon değil, sonrasındaki iletişim ve hasta memnuniyeti de en az sonuç kadar önemlidir.

Bu nedenle, burada işlem yaptırmayı düşünen kişilere karar vermeden önce çok iyi araştırma yapmalarını ve farklı görüşler almalarını tavsiye ederim.

Ho deciso di lasciare questa recensione dopo mesi di frustrazione e totale mancanza di professionalità da parte di questa clinica.
A marzo (21/03) ho versato un acconto di 500 euro per un intervento programmato a gennaio. Nel contratto e nelle comunicazioni iniziali era chiaramente specificato che in caso di gravidanza sarebbe stato previsto il rimborso dell’acconto, una clausola che mi aveva rassicurata e mi aveva spinta a fidarmi della struttura.
Purtroppo, una volta comunicata la gravidanza e richiesto il rimborso, è iniziato un vero e proprio calvario. Ho inviato numerose email, fatto telefonate su telefonate, e ogni volta mi è stato promesso che il rimborso sarebbe arrivato “a breve”, “entro pochi giorni”, “la prossima settimana”.
Risultato? A distanza di mesi, nessun rimborso, nessuna risposta, nessuna trasparenza.

Trovo inaccettabile che una clinica, che dovrebbe basare la propria attività su fiducia, rispetto e serietà nei confronti dei pazienti, si comporti in modo così scorretto. Non si tratta solo dei 500 euro, ma del principio: quando una struttura sanitaria prende un impegno scritto e morale con un paziente, deve rispettarlo.
Inoltre, la totale mancanza di comunicazione ,promesse non mantenute, email ignorate, telefonate finite nel nulla ,lascia l’amaro in bocca e una sensazione di impotenza.
Mi dispiace doverlo dire, ma questa esperienza mi ha fatto perdere completamente la fiducia in questa clinica.
Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di affidarsi a loro senza avere la certezza di tutele chiare e concrete: la mia esperienza dimostra che una volta incassato l’acconto, non si preoccupano più del paziente.
Una struttura che si definisce professionale dovrebbe sapere che la serietà si misura anche e soprattutto nei momenti in cui deve restituire ciò che non le spetta più.
AGGIORNAMENTO ad oggi 9 febbraio 2026: La situazione con questa clinica è peggiorata drasticamente. Dopo aver finalmente accettato di rimborsarmi, hanno tentato una manovra ai limiti della legalità.
Mi hanno inviato un documento da firmare (Receipt and Disclaimer) pretendendo che dichiarassi il falso, ovvero di aver già ricevuto il rimborso in contanti, quando in realtà non hanno versato un solo centesimo. È un tentativo palese di far rinunciare il paziente a ogni diritto legale 'sulla fiducia', senza fornire alcuna prova bancaria (MT103) del pagamento.
Trovo vergognoso e predatorio che una struttura medica utilizzi queste tattiche di pressione per cautelarsi legalmente prima ancora di onorare i propri debiti. Ho rifiutato di firmare dichiarazioni false e pretendo il bonifico immediato. Sconsiglio vivamente chiunque dal fidarsi delle loro promesse: prima vi chiedono di firmare che siete soddisfatti e pagati, poi (forse) vi ridanno i soldi. Massima attenzione.

I would like to share my experience…

I would like to share my experience with Estetik International in detail, as I know how difficult it can be to make a confident decision when it comes to aesthetic procedures.

I had been considering having a procedure for several months, but my biggest concern was finding a hospital and doctor I could genuinely trust. I spoke with multiple clinics and attended a few consultations elsewhere, but from the very first interaction, Estetik International felt noticeably different. The communication was clear, calm, and never pushy. I felt listened to rather than “sold to,” which was very important for me.

When I visited the hospital for the first time, the cleanliness and overall organization stood out immediately. The environment felt professional and well-managed rather than overly commercial. My patient coordinator explained the entire process in detail, including what could realistically be achieved, what could not, and what the recovery period would look like. I appreciated the honesty, especially when certain expectations were adjusted to ensure a natural result.

During my consultation with the doctor, I felt reassured by their experience and transparency. They took time to understand my concerns, answered all my questions patiently, and explained the procedure in a way that was easy to understand. What impressed me most was that they clearly stated that not every request is medically appropriate, and that the goal should always be balance and natural proportions. This approach gave me confidence that my well-being was the priority.

On the day of the procedure, the medical staff and nurses were extremely attentive and professional. Everything was explained step by step, which helped reduce my anxiety. The team made sure I was comfortable at all times, and the level of care felt consistent and well-coordinated.

The post-procedure follow-up was another strong point. I was contacted regularly to check on my recovery, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly. I never felt forgotten after the procedure, which is something I know happens at many clinics once the treatment is done.

My recovery process went very much as explained. There was some swelling and discomfort, but nothing unexpected, and the guidance I received made the healing process much smoother. Attending follow-up appointments also helped me feel confident that everything was progressing as it should.

As for the results, I am genuinely satisfied. The outcome looks natural and balanced, which was exactly what I wanted. People around me noticed a positive change but could not tell that I had undergone a procedure, which I consider the best possible result.

In summary, my experience with Estetik International was positive from start to finish. The professionalism, honesty, experienced medical team, and strong aftercare made a real difference. I would recommend Estetik International to anyone who is considering an aesthetic procedure and values safety, transparency, and natural-looking results.

Dear Estetik International Team,

Dear Estetik International Team,

I am writing once again regarding my refund request for the surgery that was scheduled on 6 April, under my booking contract with you.

As you know, I paid a deposit of 2,000 € for the surgery (total cost 4,000 €). Due to serious health issues, I was unable to proceed with the operation. I have already provided several medical documents and certificates proving my condition. If you review the numerous emails I have sent, you will clearly find all the necessary evidence.

According to our signed contract:
• Clause 18 states that if the surgery is cancelled due to health issues, the refund must be made after deducting 20% of the total amount paid.
• Clause 21 states that in case of unexpected circumstances such as illness, the deposit may be refunded.

However, in June I received only 1,200 €, which does not correspond to either of the clauses in the contract. Since I paid 2,000 €, the correct refund should be the full deposit. This means that 800 € are still missing.

I kindly request that you process the remaining refund of 800 € without further delay. Please note that I have already been waiting for several months and have sent all required documentation multiple times.

If the refund is not completed within 14 days, I will have no choice but to initiate a formal dispute with my bank and escalate this case to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

I truly hope we can resolve this matter amicably and swiftly. I trust you will respect the terms of your own contract and return what is rightfully mine.

Botched…

I went to this place last year and was very happy with my results. However, second time around, I visited in August 2025 and I am extremely unhappy with my results. The physician I first saw is no longer employed here. I got Botox done on my eyebrows and lips. My nose looks crooked and my eyes look swollen. Other than the physician, I want to acknowledge that the staff is very friendly and welcoming, specifically the nurses and the receptionist.

Had dental surgery and one of my teeth…

Had dental surgery and one of my teeth broke in half.
After making a complaint I was told that the dental department had been closed down.
That was a complete lie.
I have asked many times for them to help me with this issue, only to be completely ignored.
Do not use the clinic. If you have an aftercare issue you will be lied to and ignored.

AMAZING from start to finish

I had surgery at Estetik on 25th July, the experience has been amazing and I've been really looked after well. I was slightly worried as I travelled alone, however I have used my surgeon before (Dr Serkan) and knew I was in good hands. Thr nurses are phenomenal and have helped with everything, they're very caring! I've also been well fed and had lots of tea so cannot complain! Would definitely recommend- stunning facility.

The whole experience was incredibly professional

The whole experience was incredibly smooth and professional—from intake to surgery to recovery, everything ran like clockwork. I felt so safe and looked after the whole time. The nurses were absolutely beautiful—so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made the tough parts feel a lot easier, and I’m really grateful for the love and support they gave me throughout.

I had an amazing experience in Istanbul having a body lift, liposuction and BBL with Dr. B at Estetik International. The staff is absolutely amazing from transportation, to translation, and promptly answering questions. The nursing staff took amazing care of me and my husband who was able to sleep in my room with me. They provided us three meals at day while at the hospital and the food was delicious! Five stars for sure!! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic staff

All staff have been very kind and helpful. Everyone is lovely and very attentive. Nothing is too much for them. The facilities have been great too.

Breast implant

I have done a breast enlargement in Estetik International…it’s my only second day,so I can’t see the results yet but the doctor is very professional ,honest and caring ,I must say…he came in the evening from home to check on me…the clinic is very clean and on high level,staff very kind and positive too…highly recommend

Molto soddisfatto

Sono stato operato dal Dr. Serkan Dinar per un intervento di mastectomia. Tutto il personale ospedaliero è stato super gentile, la camera accogliente e il cibo molto buono :)
Il dolore non è eccessivo e sono stato messo a mio agio in tutto e per tutto, con la possibilità di portare un familiare per starmi accanto anche durante la notte.

Take care

Very unprofessional experience with Estetik International. I paid a deposit after being told it was refundable, but when I had to cancel due to personal reasons, they refused to return it. No clear policies, poor communication, and they didn’t handle things honestly. Be careful not a trustworthy place.
