I recently had an abdominoplasty with Dr. Okan Morkoc, at the Meva Hastanesi (hospital)and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! For years, I struggled with excess skin from having identical twins, and this procedure has been life-changing. I never imagined I could achieve such an amazing body transformation. Dr. Okan is truly a master sculptor, and his professionalism is unmatched. The nurses were incredibly confident and excellent at their job, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable. This is the best decision I’ve ever made, and I highly recommend Dr. Okan to anyone considering an abdominoplasty. If you’re in Istanbul, Turkey, look no further! Dr Okan is your man.

This was my personal experience with this hair transplant clinic, and unfortunately it was very disappointing from start to finish. The communication was poor and inconsistent, and I often felt ignored or not properly informed. The organization was lacking, and appointments and instructions were not clearly managed.

Before the procedure, I did not receive enough detailed explanation about what would happen or what results to realistically expect. After the procedure, the follow-up care was weak and I did not feel supported or properly guided during the recovery process.

Overall, my expectations were not met at all, and I am not satisfied with the outcome or the level of professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others who are looking for reliable results, clear communication, and proper aftercare.

I came to Estevien Clinic in October 2025 for a tummy tuck, liposuction, and J-Plasma. Overall, my experience was very positive, and if I were considering another procedure, I would return to the same place. This is a personal account of my experience (please read with discretion).

I would like to commend the support from the teams, from the initial contact (quote) to this day. I have always received answers to my questions. I had a video consultation with the surgeon before the operation and spoke with the doctor several times during post-op.

As indicated on my quote, the package included airport/clinic and hotel/clinic transfers, two nights at the clinic, a translator, and post-operative care during my stay. On my end, I was responsible for the hotel, meals, flights, and upon my return to France, the costs for massages, creams, and new compression garments.

I am very pleased with the quality of the surgery. From the very beginning—despite the bruising, swelling, and scars—I could already see that the results were very aesthetic. Now, it is a matter of taking care of myself following the medical team's recommendations and being patient with the recovery (which takes time for this type of surgery).

I also want to praise the doctor, who was very attentive to my questions, the nursing staff who supported me through difficult moments, and my translator, who always had a smile.

Challenges and Additional Information
Payment: It was possible to pay for the entire operation in cash or via bank transfer. A deposit was mandatory on the day of arrival.

Support: It was recommended that I come with a support person. Having gone alone, I can confirm that I would have benefited from help with both morale and managing logistics/movements.

Last-minute costs: A few hours before the operation, while I was already in my surgical gown, the surgeon’s assistant recommended J-Plasma for the back area instead of liposuction to minimize scarring. This cost an additional payment. I felt caught off guard; while I don't regret saying yes, I would have liked to know this before coming so I could plan the financing.

Medical contingencies: It was only at that same moment that I was informed that only one unit of blood and plasma would be covered in the event of a transfusion, and any supplement would be billed to me. Again, I couldn't anticipate these costs; if I said no, the surgery wouldn't happen, and if I said yes, it was an unexpected surplus to pay. Upon my departure, I was told I needed three additional units. Given my emotional state (post-op fatigue, etc.), I felt quite distressed by this.

Conclusion
I am concluding this review on a positive note regardless, because the results are there and everything went well overall. Given this first experience, I would return to Estevien Clinic for my next procedure.

Après 1 an jour pour jour, le service de dentisterie m'a posé des implants et des couronnes en avril 2025. Aujourd'hui ca va mais un bridge de 3 dents se décollent et une douleur en plus sous deux couronnes posées sur deux dents. J'y retourne le 24 mars 2026 et on verra. Jamal Bruxelles

I had a fantastic experience with my hair transplant and dental veneers at Estevien Clinic in Istanbul. From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth, professional, and reassuring.

What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. They were also extremely responsive — any questions I had before and after the procedure were answered quickly and thoroughly, which made the whole process much less stressful.

The clinic itself was very clean and modern, and the team took the time to explain each step so I always knew what to expect. Their professionalism and attention to detail really gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

Es ist zwar nicht bis zur op gekommen ,da ich krankheitsbedingt absagen musste ,aber trotz aller dem wurde mir mein angezahltes Geld ohne weiteres zurück gezahlt.

I regret choosing this hair transplant clinic. From the beginning, the communication felt rushed and unprofessional. I did not feel properly informed about the procedure, risks, or realistic results.

After the surgery, the follow-up was very disappointing. It was difficult to get clear answers, and I felt like once the payment was completed, the level of care dropped significantly.

The results did not meet my expectations, and the density is far from what was promised during the consultation. I understand that results can vary, but I believe the clinic should have been more honest and transparent.

Overall, I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience

Ce fut une très bonne expérience. Les infirmières et toute l’équipe sont vraiment gentilles, agréables et professionnelles. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Yassine pour son soutien tout au long de mon séjour.

Ils restent également disponibles et à l’écoute par message si nécessaire, ce qui est très appréciable et rassurant.

J’ai mis 4/5 en raison d’une complication/urgence qui a légèrement retardé mon opération. C’est le seul petit bémol du voyage, et bien sûr, ce n’est la faute de personne : ce sont des imprévus qui peuvent arriver.

Je les remercie sincèrement et j’espère que tout ira pour le mieux. J’attends encore les résultats avec le temps, mais je ne doute absolument pas du professionnalisme du chirurgien et de toute l’équipe.

Despite their extensive advertising, I recommend maximum caution.

1. First, they send you photos of luxury clinics, but once in Istanbul, they sometimes take you to a medical center that is quite neglected and located in a run-down neighborhood.
2. Be careful with any deposit or guarantee money you pay upfront; that money will not come back to you under any circumstances.
3. The initial price they quote will hardly be the final price, and you will end up paying the same as you would with much more experienced doctors.
4. The same applies to transportation and other services.

For those who had a good experience or are okay with this, good for them. In my case, I felt scammed.

Ich habe die Estevien Klinik selbst über Instagram gefunden und mich nach längerer Überlegung für eine Operation dort entschieden.

Ich war insgesamt sieben Tage vor Ort und habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Alles ist reibungslos verlaufen, die Organisation war hervorragend und die Betreuung einfach erstklassig.

Der Arzt , also dr.Okan sowie das gesamte Team waren äußerst professionell, herzlich und jederzeit aufmerksam. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass man sich nicht nur während meines Aufenthalts, sondern auch nach der Operation und sogar nach meiner Rückkehr nach Deutschland weiterhin um mich gekümmert hat… 🙏

Aufgrund dieser durchweg positiven Erfahrung habe ich mich entschieden, im März erneut in die Klinik zurückzukehren, und freue mich schon sehr auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt.
