Don't purchase from these guys. They have no warehouses and no stock on hand. Takes over their specified days to get a tracking number, takes well over their specified days to deliver. Company update their shipping Terms and Conditions to match whatever you are experiencing, there is never any continuity between T&C on the website, the links they send you, what was on your order t&c's etc.
Cute curation of products but I'd recommend buying yourself on AliExpress, being able to track the order yourself and no mark up from these dogs.

This company is a joke. I received a defective product. A mirror that is supposed to light up around it. It does not work and never did. Iâve been emailing China for months and still have not received a working unit. They refuse to refund my money. Do NOT order anything from this company. They are from China and their product is crap!
I never received my lights
I ordered 2 lights on 6 August, not realising they may take 40 days to get to me. A couple of weeks into my wait I enquired where they were as the tracking hadnât moved. I was told they were with the airline and en route to Australia. A month went by and I still hadnât received them, and the tracking hadnât changed. I contacted them, and apparently my parcel was lost in transit. They offered to resend or refund, I stupidly said resend. Another 2 weeks and no tracking info. I emailed them and they responded that there was an issue with their custom packaging which would add an extra 10 days to the 40 day delivery. I was furious. I found the exact same lights on eBay and ordered them, on the same day (8 Oct) I emailed Estilo requesting they cancel my order and refund me. My eBay lights arrived 6 days later! Iâm still waiting for my refund from Estilo. Today I received an email from them apologising for the delay as they are experiencing technical issues through their payment system. Luckily I paid through PayPal and have lodged a complaint so I am fairly confident Iâll get a refund. I wish I had read these reviews before buying through this company, it could have saved me a lot of stress.

This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The Company charged me for my order, then never followed up regarding shipping of the product. When I reached out, they said they did not have the product in stock. I immediately asked for them to cancel the order and refund it. They take days at a time to respond to an email. When they do respond, they offer false promises of canceling an order or beginning a refund, but never actually refund the customer for the order they did not receive. Now I have emailed them seven times and they have now ignored my emails and stopped responding. Do not buy from this company. It is a scam!

Do NOT use this company! I ordered a light from them, which after months of ordering never turned up. I contacted their customer service who told me it was delayed, then heard nothing again for weeks. They next told me it was lost and would I like another one sent out. The exact same thing happened again after which I requested a refund. They processed the refund and then cancelled it immediately so the money never reached me!! So no light and no refund.

SAVE YOUR MONEY - defective goods from Asia, no customer service
Faulty lights and absolutely no customer service. You email the company and someone called Kimberly replies. However, it remains to be seen if Kimberly is a real person because you receive the same automotive response every time âweâre so sorry, weâve contacted our warehouse manager for an update, we will have any update for you in 24 hoursâ. You never get that response.
This is an appalling company and should be reported to the consumer watchdog for promoting itself as an Australian owned company and splashing itself all over Instagram as an âAustralian owned companyâ, appealing to consumers as a brand that can be relied upon and trusted. However, they are clearly either based in Asia or using drop shipping so that theyâre a front and theyâre putting their name to useless and defective lights shipped direct from Asia.
All of this is to say. DO NOT BE SUCKED IN BY THEIR INSTAGRAM ADS. It will take months for the products to arrive. And when they do, they will not work properly. I paid an electrician to hang my lights - one of which never turned on and the other turns on but is structurally not right so it sits on an angel. I now have to holes in the ceiling plaster, two broken lights, an electricians bill for $500 and absolutely nothing to show for it! The company has no intention to replace or make good the defects. Theyâll just string you along for months with useless emails about getting back to you with an update in 24hrs. Argh!!!! Save you money â€ïž
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Don't buy from them. Not only did they lie and say the items was on the way but after 40 days asked them to refund my money which hasn't happened. Purchased item in August now the 25 September. They advised they would refund but not so. $110 they have managed to fleece.

First of all, Estilo website only publishes good reviews, if you want to see real reviews please google other independent sites to read actual customer experiences with this company. I made a mistake and only read reviews on Estilo site.
Unfortunately I decided to buy two expensive bedside tables, payed 400 GBP for them.
It took them ages to even ship the product, without allowing me to cancel the order because it was apparently in process of shipping for weeks on end.
The delivery process was equally nontransparent and long.
I received the bedside tables in two separate shipments 2 weeks apart, delivered by a company that does not send any delivery updates. There was a whole drama around how delivery company delivered the products, but review would be too long if I start writing about that as well.
Most importantly the products were delivered to me in poor condition. The paint was cracked on both of them, even though they were packed well. This tells me that the products are just poorly made, it had nothing to do with delivery.
This company sells cheaply made Chinese products for high price. They send polite emails while ghosting every single problem you have.
Iâm requesting full refund at the moment, but like with everything to do with this company, Iâm expecting a complex and long process that is made like that on purpose so the customers give up.
If you value your money, your time and your nerves DO NOT buy from this company!

Took 4 months for my pendant lights to arrive, when they were still showing as sitting in China. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund as it was past time to put in lights. They refused, despite the fact it was four months late showing still in China.
