Firstly the order arrive next day free of charge (order was over £100), and the price was the cheapest I could find online.

However, when I opened the box, it was missing a part of the power supply (not esupplys fault, the box was sealed). I phoned esupplys customer support who promptly answered and said they would investigate and call back. To my surprise they actually called back (not my usual experience elsewhere), and suggested they would send out a replacement power supply, this arrived next day however this was the wrong shape so meant the product could no longer be wall mounted, I spoke to customer services again who apologised and found a power supply that was exactly right, which was again shipped out next day (at no extra cost).

This was a masterclass of customer support and many other companies could learn a lot from this.

The support agent I spoke to through all of this was called George, he is a credit to your company!

My mixer was delivered less than 24 hours after placing the order at a price that beat others on the web. Highly recommended

Ordered Dell U2722D monitor yesterday and DHL delivered it safe and sound this morning. Great transaction and all details of purchase, including tracking info. were easy to find on my account page.
The very attractive price is what made me choose esupply, but they certainly don't cut any corners when it comes to customer service.
A great monitor and the colour gamut range and resolution were just what I was looking for.

I don't normally write reviews and to be honest I was very dubious about ordering from this site as I'd never heard of them before and the offer seemed too good to be true. I've been after a Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 Titanium for a while now but didn't want to pay £500 for one and just before midnight on Thursday the 16th of September I'd googled the watch and noticed they were selling one for £320 so went onto their site to check it out. They did clearly state that price was so low because the item was "Open box" and that there was nothing wrong with the watch. I checked out the company reviews and although there weren't many (less than 300) the majority of them were 5 stars with a lot of positive language used so I thought "What the hell, I'll take a chance", for all I knew they could be a relatively new business and haven't had many reviews yet (Everyone has to start off somewhere!) I also decided that I'd pay with my credit card just in case it was a scam at least I'd be able to get my money back.

Anyway, I placed the order, got free delivery, was advised would be delivered Saturday (Bear in mind this was now the very early hours of Friday morning) and even got a free set of headphones chucked in!

I was emailed every time my order status changed and my order was delivered in full on Saturday as stated.

I really don't think my watch was used at all as there was not a mark on it and all cables and instructions were still in their original packaging and looked unused, I think somebody ordered the watch and either didn't like the look of it or it was too big for them and just sent it back.

I'd definitely order from this business again and have already saved their website to my Favourites.

I was sceptical about their low price for a JBL Flip 5 so contacted them to confirm it was a brand new uk spec item and not a customer return. They were very helpful and reassured me it was unopened new uk stock.
My order arrived as expected and I was delighted to find it was exactly as described.
I was so pleased I then ordered a second one for my grandson.
They have now changed their name to ESupply.
