Strongly recommend using phone App in place of using computer to obtain ETA for England. It was really easy and your fast response is most appreciated.

The ETA application was a bid more involved than we anticipated, so ETAPermits help was much needed and welcomed. Philip did a wondedrful job, worked quickly, and communicated clearly.

Thankful was an easy process!

I was anxious about the process but it turned out to be very easy and so thankful all set. Thank you for the quick turn around. We are so excited to come visit! Will be our first time to London.

We are very aware of the stress involved and that's why we have multiple levels of cross referencing to eliminate the stress, mistakes , delays and rejections.

Two unhappy people

We are two people traveling to London on Sept.7,2026 from the US. Your website said twenty pounds per person and we were charged 135.10 pounds. Why is that and what can you do to make it right?

Hello to 'Two unhappy people'. We'd like to clarify a few points left in this review. The £20 per person figure referenced is the UK government's own official ETA fee, charged directly via gov.uk — it isn't a price we've ever listed. We clearly indicate on our site and on 'Our Pricing Policy' page that we are not the government website, and that we provide a personal service to each and every applicant.

Our fee covers a service that the government do not offer: we manually review every application, cross-check details against the passport, and prepare the supporting bio page and images for the automated screening. We actively prevent mistakes before submission — helping avoid delays, rejections, and costly resubmissions. If you do submit mistakes directly, and this can be anything from a wrong date or passport number, the last thing you need on arrival at immigration, after a lengthy flight, is extra questioning and delays.

It should be noted that if an application is ever rejected for whatever reason, we reapply at no extra cost. The UK government does not offer refunds for applications they reject, as clearly stated on their website. As your order hadn't been processed, we've refunded you in full.

We hope we have explained the benefits of applying via our service and, all that's left to say is we wish you a pleasant journey and an enjoyable visit.

I found that doing the whole process a bit challenging for an older person.

I found that doing the whole process on my phone was very difficult, especially getting a picture of our passports without a glare since they are laminated. Being able to submit the application online with my computer and uploading the required docs. would have been much eaiser.

Hello Melissa. First of all, thank you for the feedback and I agree, doing all this on a mobile phone is not the easiest of tasks. Of course, the option for doing it on your pc was there and it is far easier on a computer. Unfortunately, the stipulations of no glare or shine or reflections are not of our choosing. The process is conducted by an automated scanner and, unlike us 'humans', for them its 'go or no go'. Thats why it can be slightly awkward at times. Never mind, you overcame it and by the time you are enjoying your trip, this will be long forgotten. I do wish you a wonderful holiday and, thank you so much for rating us. Much appreciated. Philip
