Negative experience

Negative experience. The packs were clearly repacked and the seals were glued. This is misleading and unfair to buyers. I do not recommend this seller and definitely won’t purchase again

We’ve reviewed your order and can confirm that the item supplied was a manufacturer-sealed Half Booster Box, shipped in its original sealed condition exactly as received from our authorised distributor.

We do not open, reseal, or alter packs under any circumstances.

It’s worth noting that minor variations in pack seals or edges can occur during the manufacturing process and can sometimes be mistaken for tampering, but this does not indicate that packs have been opened or resealed.

We take the integrity of our products extremely seriously. If you have any concerns, we’d always encourage you to contact our support team directly so we can review this with you properly.

Can recommend for Pokemon

Despite the busy Christmas season, the order was sent out swiftly and delivered in no time. The booster packs were neatly packed, ensuring they fit safely through the letterbox. I was thrilled to pull my first special illustration rare, which alleviated any doubts I had.
