Joanne was brilliant! She made my first time buyer experience easy, explaining anything I did not understand, she was always responsive and even would get back to me when I would message her in the most inconvenient times and even sorting insurance quotes for me,She definitely goes above and beyond and I have already recommended her to friends and family.

Joanne was so helpful from start to finish when we were applying for our mortgage. As first-time buyers, she helped us with any questions we had, big or small, and always replied to emails promptly and with lots of detail / explanations. She was proactive in constantly trying to find us the best rates and deals and we are very happy with our mortgage.

Joanne has been wonderful throughout our remortgage experience. She made the process of finding us a new mortgage simple and easy and secured us a good new rate. She also managed to get the rate down again whilst we were underway with the remortgage process which was a welcomed surprise.

She kept in touch regularly and was always available to answer our questions. We stumbled across a few hurdles in the process due to solicitor faults which were stressful but Joanne went above and beyond to help chase and resolve these issues even though she didn’t have to.

She’s helped us with new policies to keep us protected against any unexpected circumstances in the future which is reassuring.
