I've been a happy customer of that hosting provider for 3+ years and I have noticed neither any major outages nor other potential risks to my businesses. In my portfolio, I have a long list of services: from little shared hosting packs to huge dedicated servers. I would also emphasize the support they are giving me almost 24x7 - even for cheap shared hostings.
Having said that I do highly recommend these guys!

Been a customer of ES for almost 7 years now and I'm happy with the service provided. There have been occasional issues in the past but they're usually technical problems which the support is quick to address and assist with.

Had service with them for quite a long time.
Today, my VPS went down.
Opened a service ticket and their reply was a problem "That they had never seen before" on my VPS and it could not be restarted. Their recommendation was for me to reinstall the OS!
Screw that! My VPS had a full fledged forum, a picture gallery and OpenVPN setup.
This would take hours or days to reinstall and reconfigure.
They don't have any "Image Backups" on non managed VPS so even that it was THEIR FAULT, in this case, they couldn't help. I also lost all SQL databases I had and my local backup was over a month old, making my forum useless. My latest backup, a .tgz, was on the VPS since the last 48 hours, but no way to download it.
Out we now go to Telegram Groups and screw web hostings and VPSs!

We signed up for shared web hosting service with Ethernet Servers back in January 2021. So far it has been a splendid experience. Our website is hosted on a stable and fast server with great performance overall, in addition to all the web hosting features we have access to. Also, their customer support is very friendly and helpful. I think we found the perfect web hosting provider for our non-profit organization. Highly recommend it to everyone. Accurate uptime. Great support. Entered a support ticket and George had it resolved in under 60 secs @8:20am on a Monday. Props to George!

Was googling for a hoster that has managed vps with directadmin and lightspeed server on, found those guys right about position 5 in google or so, awesome support, answered all my questions and setup was flawless, cannot recommend enough, answers are straight to the point

With no fake compliments, this is the BEST hosting I've ever dealt with in terms of speed & quality. They literally give you 3 GB of ram in a normal shared hosting plan which is absolutely noticeably fast. Not to mention they use the Litespeed web server which is insane alongside with LiteSpeed cache! I really hope they keep up at this level and not change.

Avoid fake reviews for other big giants hosting who offer big and ridiculous commissions to affiliates so they can write "good things about them" which are mostly fake. I have tried a bunch of them already and none of them came even close to EthernetServers. Well done, Geroge!

First hand experience of great service. If you need a hosting provider you can trust with fast service, this is them.

Stay away from this hosting. Plug-in folders that no hosting reports as issues are eliminated without warning. Because of this I have had money losses. An absurdity that has never happened to me in 15 years in which I work with dozens of hosting

Not just one of the best, but simply THE BEST VPS PROVIDER you can find anywhere. Migrated from Digital Ocean, where I suffered poor customer support and slow response time, Ethernetserver has the most competent staff you can find anywhere. George also has a great reputation of understanding his customer and giving out service credits when there are downtime and service disruption. Overall, an extremely positive experience.
A couple nice feature that I would like to highlight:
1.All of ethernet server's node are under migration to raid ssd, which, compares to previous iteration (SATA) is a much needed improvement. (For storage VPS, 60m/s --> 600m/s, 10x!)
2.CPU performance is higher than most of the OVZ provider out there.
3.They now offers free 20GB DDOS protection compared to the 3GB free DDOS protection before
4.Network is always good, especially good connection to Europe.
5.The servers are extremely stable, usually no downtime for 100+ days. Absolutely meet their 99.99% Uptime Guarantee
As what I've always said, a quality of a company (choosing whether to purchase a specific plan or not) has to depend on the operating staff. With George at the helm of the company, I think they are on a great track and I cannot recommend EthernetServers highly enough.

I've hosted with EthernetServers for the past 4 years, and the uptime has been fantastic, as has the quality of customer care. They always go above and beyond for me. I have a Managed VPS Server with Cpanel. Thank you ES team!

George is amazing, since my switch last year to his managed servers, he has been a valuable part of my community in solving issues server-side, i will never regret the move.

Update - I have moved away but a friend that i recommended loved their services, glad to know george is still amazing.
