I bought a wash bag through eTHikel and despite having real problems with Royal Mail (which failed three times to deliver my parcel), eTHikel (and Aspen in particular) were so helpful dealing with it all for me, liaising with the vendor and rearranging for delivery. The service I received from eTHikel was great and I would certainly use them again.

Lovely packaging but hadn't realised the need for glue. This needs to be made explicit when selling the glitter.

I wish more companies would offer a starter kit. This gives one an idea of the quality of the products and the service they provide. Well worth the money. I will be buying a starter pack for my daughter next month.

Whilst the product is good and makes a nice tumaric latti. However, I do not consider good value for money. I made the error of viewing packaging rather than weight so was shocked at the contrast in package size to very small contents supplied. Recommend before purchase you weigh out content so you know exactly what you will be receiving.

Bought this for a gift so won’t know how good they are until Birthday! However, they do fit the bill in ethical manufacture, beautiful presentation and prompt delivery.

The customer service I received was first class! I did encounter a problem with the supplier but eTHikel acted straight away until it was resolved. They even followed up to check everything was sorted.
