My husband bought tickets for us and our daughter to see Ella Langley at the Greek Theatre Los Angeles for October 14th. He sent me tickets, and they kept sending him email to accept them, so he asked me to since he sent to me. Luckily, my computer has software to protect me from fraudulent sites. A malicious ware warning popped up, causing me to research the site. Saving us a drive to L.A. just to be told tickets are not valid!!!! Unfortunate that so much of this is happening. BE EXTRA CAREFUL WHO YOU BUY ANTHING FROM!!!!

OJO, mucho cuidado con esta pagina o alguna similar. menudo timo, todo muy bien, te mandan las entradas en PDF, la factura y al poco tiempo otro @ con una asesora personal, por si tienes algun problema. 90€ a la basura, pero eso no es todo. A los 10 dias me encuentro un cargo de 66€ en la misma tarjera de esta gente. Asi que tener mucho mucho cuidado. SON UNOS ESTAFADORES.

Got scammed for the jacob collier show for two tickets. Fraudulous scum!!!

Es una estafa totalmente, compré mis entradas me mandaron correo con las entradas falsas, luego con la tarjeta que pagué las entradas hicieron varios cargos en mi cuenta. Ya está denunciado a la policía.

Anulenla inmediatamente, como no se de uno cuenta, te hacen más cargos, a tu cuenta.

We hebben voor 100 euro kaartjes gekocht voor Jacob Collier, bij aankomst bleken de kaartjes niet geldig te zijn. Gescammed. Erg teleurstellend. Niet kopen bij Eticketsy!!💀 fraud, scam. Niet doen.

Llevan un mes diciendo que me van a devolver el dinero de mis entradas con la anulé hace ya mucho tiempo,es una estafa.

Fake tickets sold for concert. Children crying outside ziggo dome because they could not go in. Had to buy new tickets, others weren’t allowed in!! Terrible!!!!!

Devo mettere una stella perché non posso fare altro che non commentare.. Pago un biglietto per Milano e mi inviano uno per Roma.. Chiedo il rimborso, mi scrivono che entro 7 gg arriva.circa 5 gg fa ultima ma il di sollecito.

My experience with Eticketsy has been absolutely unacceptable. My order was cancelled, and Allianz confirmed to me that the cancellation had been accepted under the cancellation insurance I purchased. Despite this, 14 days have now passed and I still have not received my money back.

Even worse, trying to contact the company is extremely difficult, and the email contact does not appear to work properly. I am left without my money and without an effective way to get a response or resolve the situation.

At this point, I genuinely feel misled and cheated by this company.

I believe this website should be investigated by the relevant authorities. If similar cases are confirmed, the website should be blocked to prevent other customers from losing their money.

⚠️ BE VERY CAREFUL before purchasing anything through Eticketsy.

Ha sido todo un fraude, solicite devolucion y no me devolvieron nada. Ahora su pagina web y su correo no exiten. Estafa total. Ya he puesto la denuncia.

Mi experiencia con Eticketsy ha sido francamente decepcionante.

Tuve un problema con unas entradas y, desde entonces, llevo reclamando el reembolso de mi dinero sin obtener una solución efectiva. He tenido que contactar repetidamente con la empresa y las respuestas recibidas se han limitado, en esencia, a decir que la incidencia está abierta y que «cuando tengan respuesta se notificará».

Mientras tanto, mi dinero sigue sin ser reembolsado y el problema continúa sin resolverse.

Lo que más me indigna no es que pueda producirse una incidencia, sino la falta de una solución concreta y de una respuesta clara después de haber reclamado en varias ocasiones. Como cliente, considero inaceptable tener que estar insistiendo para recuperar un dinero que llevo tiempo reclamando.

Después de mi experiencia, no volvería a comprar entradas a través de Eticketsy y no puedo recomendar esta empresa.

Dejo esta reseña para que otras personas conozcan mi experiencia antes de comprar. Espero que Eticketsy finalmente solucione el problema y proceda al reembolso pendiente.
