All right with transfer

Great service in both directions. Our private taxi for two was a van in both cases. On time waiting each time.

I'm glad I picked etransfer. They were on time and organized. They sent me text messages the day before to confirm time and location. Made it super easy to get from Cancun to Tulum. No worries!

Great service, eTransfers waiting at the airport with a sign as they said and I was quickly on my may to my ride and resort. eTransfers also send you a reminder for you collection / pick up nearer the time.
All in all, great service and great customer support as prior to my trip I had contacted a number of times and their response was very quick at all times. Thank you eTransfers and wouldn't hesitate to use you again !

En General esta bien el servicio, un poco de mas de mensajes de los que necesarios, unos minutos de espera y todo funciona bien. En mi caso particular los conductores de ida y vuelta no tenían clara la dirección del hotel en el que me hospede, pero con varios mensajes y unos minutos se resolvió, el buen precio que me dieron valía y sigue valiendo la espera.

Excelente servicio. Definitivamente lo recomendamos.
