2. etravelonline.com, see 1 star reviews below, is a completely different site that has nothing to do with 1 above.

We've noticed some confusion among customers who have used the services of etravel.com. It appears that there are reviews intended for e-travel.ie mistakenly posted here. We would like to clarify that we, e-travel.ie, are an independent Irish company entirely separate from etravel.com. It would be great if the owner of this account could reply to the reviews that are not intended for them and mention this.

This service is a complete scam. They charged me several hundred dollars for what should be free. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

This is a scamsite with small print at the bottom admitting it is not an official site. Seems there are many scam sites about which come up first if you search for how to get a Canadian eta. Many victims have lost hundreds of dollars to these scammers. Time they were imprisoned for fraud

Due a family illness, we've arranged a fairly last-minute wedding and honeymoon. I am so glad that we booked through e-Travel.ie because, when we had to change the dates, e-Travel couldn't have made it easier for us. I made a change request through the website, and expected an email back in a few days with a hefty administrative charge for the change. Instead I got a phone call from Paul in Dublin who was friendly, kind and expertly helpful. He took some information and rebooked us on new dates. He took all the stress out of the process, and is the reason I'll be booking through e-Travel for all my business and holiday travel from now on. I'd give six stars if I could.

I am really surprised to see anything other than positive reviews. My experience has been wonderful so far. They have been very very helpful.
I paid the €10 for the after sales services and I am so glad I did. I had made some mistakes with my first booking which were very quickly resolved. Any question or email sent has been quickly responded to and I feel comfortable ahead of my trip in March

e-travelonline. scam scam scam. website looks legit but they are only pretending to be canadian immigration. charged 85 quid for something that should have cost 4.
Why aren't these scammers blocked?

Scam, fraud, they charge money in small letters for something that is free to download on the government website.
This website should be removed from internet as it is pure fraud

SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COST, HERE IS MY STROY:

So, I was traveling to Greece from UK with ryan air. my flight was 0935 , and at 0835 ryanair tells me i need Greece PLF (Passenger locator form) which is free from the government website, i had no idea is the case , because Ryanair didn't tell me. it was my first time to travel, So I was rushing to find the form, and look what etravel have cunningly created pretty much web addresses to mimic what would look like the government website. for both UK, and Greece.

bear in mind, they provide 0 value to you, since it is an automated service, and it supposed to be free on the actual official government website. so if you use them, then you have been scammed.

So, i filled in the form, bear in mind i was rushing, this is how these spider net websites catch people off-guard, all this time i am thinking this is the government website, before they let me submit they asked for payment, not at any point of filling the application there was a button that tells this application will cost 49 euros, not once, because they know, once you clock on it, you realise this not free. so, got to the end, they asked for payment details, i had no idea how much it was, but now i am gonna miss my flight and the form took good 15 minutes of doing it on the phone ... so i had to make a payment because i was thinking this is government website, i have no choice , without it , they will not let me in. so i paid .. after payment , i got a screen saying thank you (might as well put a smiley and wink too) , i stood there waiting for my PDF ? nope .. no pdf, not even a receipt for the payment. the only way i found out they charged me was when i checked on my bank app.

now it is 0900 i am still waiting for whatever i paid for ... then i told ryanair who confirmed that this PLF is free .. and i was scammed ... so i had to search further, find the Greece government official PLF website, go through the process .. and as i submitted on that website (i have been using my phone to do all this) .. PDF was issued immediately, as i submitted, and i downloaded on my phone
A day later, i contacted them , demanding a refund for a service that i had not received when it was needed. as i have never ( happy to provide all the evidence needed to any one about this real life story of how these scammers take advantage of people vulnerabilities with their mimicking and concealing website)
they refused to refund me the undone service, and they emailed me the PDF a day later saying that the PDF was sent to me (i have never received it not even in my junk mail) at 10:55 , some 2 hours after i submitted the application to them, while the official government website that generated the PDF straight away.
they send some flimsy T&Cs , and in no place in the whole page, at any point while i was following the process, they (etravel) tell me that:
- they will charge me 49 euros, or even request my approval to pay that before they take me to the payment option, they straight away took me there.
- that the PDF will take 2 hours to be generated
- That they will not be sending me a receipt of my Payment (i still have not received a receipt for my payment)

somewhere down at the bottom of their web page (because they hope by then you would be given up to check further) they say this (spoiler alert, there is alot of porkies warning from them and i will tell you why):

I filled my PLF 15 minutes before the flight, i got to Greece, the border control let me in.

All in all, DO IT ON THE GOIVENRMENT WEBSITE, NEVER USE THEIR 0 VALUE SERVICE
