Big thanks to their staff for spending so much time with me on my water quality situation. These people really helped me finally resolve the well water issues we were having.

This lab is incredible. I was being sent in circles by two separate filtration companies. After testing and speaking with Nick I finally got answers that not only made sense as he explained everything but helped me finally fix the problems we were having.

So glad I found these guys. No one else was able to figure out why our water problems (terrible odor) seemed to be getting worse and getting filtration seemed to be the only option. I started off testing with a different lab before finding them because we live in New Hampshire. Kaitlin from ETR was great and escalated my report to their lab director. I cannot even beleive how much this company knows about wells and overall water quality compared to the other places I talked to. Within a few minutes of talking to the lab director he somehow correctly suspected my well cap was buried. He told me my results indicated a really bad surface level contamination and that the odor was most likely from high bacteria and fungi. Since I knew where the well was located, he told me to have the well extended above ground level, replace the existing cap with one they recommended, and have the well thoroughly shocked. It's now been about 5 weeks since we did all that and my water has absolutely no foul smell. They recently retested my nitrate levels (apparently they represent surface water in wells) and they are now not detectable. Months ago they were almost over the EPA limit. Can't thank them enough as this had been a nightmare since buying our home a few years ago! Great job ETR!

Incredible lab, they really care about their customers. As someone who doesn’t know a whole lot about water quality, they took their time to help me understand everything about my water quality situation.

ETR does great work. I use them frequently as a home inspector who takes water samples at a lot of my inspection. They produce accurate reports, they're very nice on the phone and super helpful. I highly recommend them and trust them.
