This company is not trustworthy
This company is not trustworthy. I placed an order, but the product does not work as described. I wanted to return it, but since then I’ve been stuck in an endless back‑and‑forth of emails.

They keep asking for different things — including photos, and then telling me to upload the photos to a link that doesn’t even work. I still haven’t received a return label or any proper way to send the product back.

Very poor customer service and shady tactics to avoid accepting returns. Avoid at all costs!

I have received an email asking me to give the product a review... It is so hard when you have not received your product, no notifications about delivery, Google Pay has automatically changed the shipping address, you cannot change the delivery address on their website, they have withdrawn the money even though the product has not been sent, they say that you are responsible for VAT, tax etc. but indicate an EU flag on their website and therefore this cannot be true, it was never stated that it is a pre-sale at the time of purchase, yes I could go on. I have now sent a complaint to them, but I guess I just receive spam advertising from them every other day and the receipt of the product is a long prospect or does not appear at all. Think very carefully before shopping with them. It "may" be that the product is good, but the whole sales process stinks big time...
