It’s been 3 weeks, still didn’t receive my shipment.

Poor customer service. No email with tracking number and no timely response from the support on this matter. I had to sent a multiple emails to get a reply. When finally replied, they sent me a non-working link and just a blank space instead of tracking number.
The most important part - I still didn’t received my item! It’s been 3 weeks since my order date. The tracking says “the shipment crossed the border” since April 1 (it’s been 18 days). No information from my local courier. They told me the shipment is still in the Netherlands.
It’s a terrible experience. How is is even possible to screw it up like that.

A scam

A scam , stay away from the site i have ordered a gradual tanning on 18 November and I haven’t got it until now , I wrote email to them and haven’t got any answers so we i went to track my order but there’s no order that can be found with the code i got !

Je recommande

BientÎt un an que je suis cliente sur le site. J'ai effectué déjà deux commandes.
Produits de trÚs bonne qualité et agréablement surprise comme pour la BB cream qui donne une peau glowy incroyable.
Les autobronzants sont de trÚs bonne qualité aussi.
Je n'ai jamais testé pour le moment les soins solaires donc je ne peux point donner mon avis là dessus.

Concernant le reste, les tarifs sont plus ou moins correcte dans cette catégorie de produits de beauté. Un point positif en plus, ils sont naturels et végétaliens.
Livraison rapide.

Cependant, attention, possibilité de frais bancaires car hors zone européenne (Australie).. je trouve cela dommage mais cela reste correcte (4€ pour 150€ de commande).
