Would provide 0 stars but can only make review with 1 - so here it goes.
My daughter ordered 2 t-shirts which were lost/not delivered by UPS - since the shipment was lost on the 9th of Jan 26 I have tried to make them realize a claim with UPS in order to settle the tshirts or refund the 170 € she paid. But so far no refund and no tshirts.
Customerservice is stalling a settlement and will not provide the claim number with UPS.
So if you order - let´s hope your parcel will not be lost, because they are not reimbursing her 170 € - did I say my daughter is under 18 and has worked hard for the money to buy the tshirts.
I have written them once a week without any settlement so far.

REALLY poor business approach and no respect for their young customers !!!

On 19 February 2026, I placed an order for a blue cameo ABC watch strap. I received the product on 23/02/2026 and on 03/03 I noticed that the strap was deteriorating rapidly. They simply applied a sticker to cover the strap, and after a week of use, it came off on its own. I contacted customer service and this was their response:
"Thank you for contacting us and sharing these photos with us. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your watch strap.
After reviewing the images, the marks appear to be consistent with normal wear and tear. As we are unable to confirm the exact conditions under which the strap was used, we are unfortunately unable to assist you further.
Thank you for contacting us, and we apologise that we are unable to be of further assistance in this particular case. If there is anything else we can do to help, please do not hesitate to let us know."

Jeg ville ikke engang give dem 1 stjerne. Det er den værste oplevelse jeg har haft med en virksomhed. Jeg bestilte en t-shirt 2 uger før jul og får den så et par dage efter, i håbet om der så er styr på den gave. Men nej.. jeg modtager trøjen med en alarm i, og deres service svarer mig først efter jul og kan ikke gøre så meget for deres fejl, andet end at bede mig returnere trøjen, hvilket jeg så gør. Når jeg har fået pengene tilbage omkring 10 januar, altså næsten en måned efter jeg først bestilte trøjen, så køber jeg den igen, da det jo var en julegave. Tro det eller ej men gæt engang, jeg modtager trøjen igen med en alarm i. Jeg er så frustreret over igen at skulle igennem deres frygtelige kundeservice, og jeg gider ikke engang at bestille den igen, for hvad nu hvis den igen kommer med en alarm!! Det er seriøst så dårligt at man kan tillade sig at sende en trøje to gange med en alarm i, især når det en julegave man har ventet så længe på!

I bought a BAPE jacket expecting premium quality, but the construction is extremely poor. In several areas, there is no padding or filling at all — just two thin layers of nylon rubbing directly against each other.

I contacted BAPE customer service, but instead of taking responsibility for a clear quality issue, they told me I have to pay the return shipping myself — €50 — just to have it inspected.

For a brand selling luxury-priced streetwear, this is completely unacceptable. The product quality feels cheap, and the customer support does not match the image they try to project.

BAPE used to represent authenticity and craftsmanship, but today it feels more like overpriced hype with poor aftercare. Definitely not worth the money.

Hurtig levering med UPS (der gik et par dage) og løbende opdatering.
Kvaliteten lever op til forventning.
Størrelserne er dog til den lille side og vil anbefale en størrelse større end normalt🙂
