Overall poor experience
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company, unless you're willing to wait a long time. Shipments are always delayed with the usual excuse of "sales". I wouldn't even bother with returns, given how slow they are to deliver.
Aybl leggings
Purchased leggings and jumper for my daughter the beginning of Sept25. By the end of October 25 the leggings had come apart at the seam.
I contacted the customer service department, they advised there would be no option of a refund or return. They have a 30 day policy of refunds for faulty items.
I have replied explaining that paying £40+ for a pair of leggings that donât last for more than 8 weeks is poor manufacturing and I will not be purchasing any further items.
I received no reply from this brand, These leggings are not worth the money, poor quality and poor customer service.
Appalling quality and appalling customer service - donât buy from them!
I ordered some gym leggings in the sale as a birthday present for my daughter. She used them about 6 times and the seams have come apart at the gusset. Customer Service have refused to exchange them as they are more than 30 days old. The quality is appalling and even though they were in the sale they werenât cheap - unlike this retailer. I wish Iâd read these reviews before using them. The leggings will have to go in the bin - approx £10 per wear!!!

Do not order from this seller!!!!! They're scammers. I have ordered on the 5th of August on their summer sale. I should have known it looked too good to be true! Parcels never delivered, tracking numbers provided redirecting to some weird web. Emailed them about the issue and they've started " the investigation". After a while on my request for an update of so called investigation and refund request, I have never heard from them since.
Got lost not once, but TWICE
I ordered 7 items during the sale in July, it was a banger deal and I was reaaaally excited for them. I waited for around 3 weeks with no updates, since I know during sales the shipping takes longer. My tracking info had not changed during this time. I contacted AYBL support and got told that my order had probably got lost and they could resend it for no add. fee. Since I really wanted the items I agreed. I had to change some things because had been sold out, but that was fine. Then I got the new confirmation and shipping info. No change for a week. Now Im a bit more angsty and paranoid and contact them faster. And lo and behold, the answer is once again that they are very sorry but it seems it has got lost... The same order gets lost TWICE. I had a previous good experience with ordering but this was just ridiculous. Asked for a refund and awaiting their answer... Im really really sad about it, since I really was excited for the clothes, but Im not going through the same shitt again.

Poor quality and no Customer Service!
I bought a pair of gym leggings in the sale for £40 â hardly cheap â and after very little wear the stitching has come apart, leaving me with a hole. When I contacted customer services, I was basically told âtough luckâ and "have a nice day" because they were over 30 days old. Absolutely dreadful!
For the price, youâd expect some level of quality and certainly better service. Instead, theyâre happy to take your money but wash their hands of any responsibility the moment something goes wrong. Totally unacceptable â I wonât be buying from them again, and Iâd strongly advise others to think twice before wasting their money here.
Customer service responses are awful
I returned two items with them, I sent them in separate packages due to changing my mind on the items (within the 30 day period) - it took over a week for them to receive the items - another week to acknowledge one of the items has been received - and another week to confirm the second item. To then take another week to confirm refund of the first item - yet I am now 18 days of no communication on whether I am receiving a refund for second item. I paid via Klarna so they are still trying to charge me because Aybl hasnât communicated the second refund.
The worst customer support
The worst support I have encountered in my whole life. Order made 1 month ago â I reached out 3 times, they just acknowledged that the parcel went missing and we still have 0 resolution â neither a refund nor a reâshipment. Support replies in intervals of 3-5 business days, using preâcanned answers and giving 0 sh*t to actually resolve anything. Absolutely horrendous.
I bought 2 pairs of leggings from ABYLâŠ
I bought 2 pairs of leggings from ABYL at the cost of £75. After 5 weeks on one of the the pairs, the stiching started coming apart on a seam. I contacted ABYL to ask for a replacement as this was a manufacturing problem as the leggings had only been used 8 times. Even though I evidenced this in photographs, they have refused a replacement and also a refund as their policy states 30 days for replacements.
I have 2 weeks ago, emailed them again to ask if they would review the photo's and replace the leggings as I haven't caused this fault. They have chosen this time to not even grant me with a response.
I will not be using this company again.

Iâve been a loyal AYBL customer and really love the quality of the clothes â in March I ordered during the sale and although it took a month to arrive, I was happy with my order and understood the delays.
Thatâs why I didnât hesitate to order again during the July sale (order placed on 28.07). On 30.07 I was told it had shipped, but itâs now 16.08 and I still have no updates. After contacting support, I was first told to wait, then that my order had been lost, and finally that three of the items I ordered are now sold out. I was asked to choose alternatives, but since the sale is over, the prices donât match what I originally paid â meaning I either lose part of my order or pay more, without receiving what I wanted in the first place.
I really do appreciate how popular AYBL is and understand how challenging sales periods can be, but as someone who genuinely enjoys the brand, this whole experience has been frustrating. Iâd really like this to be resolved fairly, because Iâd love to keep recommending AYBL to friends â but at the moment, I feel very let down.
I hope the team can get in touch with me directly to sort this out, as I would prefer a positive outcome and to continue being a happy customer.

Meine Sendung wurde am 12.05. abgeschickt, allerdings mit einer falschen Lieferadresse, trotz meinerseits korrekten angegebenen Lieferadresse. Dhl kann mein Paket nicht zustellen, da die Meldeadresse nicht existiert. SchlieÃlich wohne ich da auch nicht. Laut DHL muss sich der Absender darum kÃŒmmern! Ich habe mehrfach Aybl kontaktiert und aufgefordert sich um das Paketdilemma zu kÃŒmmern und es kam keine RÃŒckmeldung. Bei meinem letzten schreiben, habe ich mein Geld zurÃŒck verlangt. Allerdings ohne RÃŒckmeldung, mal wieder. Kundenservice gleich 0! Die haben nicht mal 1 Stern verdient. Ich habe auch meinen Freunden abgeraten da zu bestellen!
