With all EU orders, it does depend on the country and location on how long the courier can take to deliver. In saying this, I can appreciate that this has taken a little longer than we anticipated, so all we can do is apologise for the delay.

As per our terms and conditions, delivery times can be between 3-5 working days. Therefore this will be with you very soon.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear the footwear is not suitable for you. Like with all new shoes, they do need to be ‘worn in’ before they become truly comfortable so hopefully very soon they will not rub and become soft and easy to wear.

Choose Mallet if quality is important for you
My purchase came earlier then I excpected. The tracking of the package didn’t work so that’s why I was surprised.
The shoes, wauw great quality. Nice design, a great combo between casual and sportive. Great fit and very warm.
