Shady business strat trying to lure you into ordering plans without you realizing also communication from support side doesn't exist, I had troubles with my order which I wanted to cancel eventually but 2 days passed and support didn't responded yet.

Also bank tells me that they claimed my fund, however there's no update on order status, nor I received an email that order was confirmed.

Jeg fik tilsendt den store pakke uden problemer. Forsendelsen var ikke dag-til-dag, men mener der gik små 14 dage.
Produktet Lawnmower 4.0, og næseklipperen er super lækker, så jeg har ikke rigtig noget at sætte en hånd på. Kan dog læse at nogle har haft problemer med told. Det er forhåbentligt løst eller er det træls.
Men ingen problemer herfra.

It's a scam. Plain and simple.

I got a promo code so I thought I might as well try it.

I bought a few products, the silicone washcloth was disintegrating after 3 months, and a nail clipper where the blade chipped away after a couple of uses, both of which are in the trash after just 3 months. The quality of their products is subpar.

The European site claims their HQ is in the UK and it looks like their base of operation is there, but they in fact are doing dropshipping from China with a whole bunch of paperwork after the products arrive.

The most infuriating thing is that WITHOUT consent they subscribe you to some scam subscription package and charge your card every other month without your knowledge.

Getting a subscription canceled and an order canceled is not an easy task to do on their site either, without support you can't really do it.

Stay away from this brand it a huge scam.

Placed order on 8th feb. Apparently a courier issue so the Company says they have resent my order. Same issue again. No delivery since 8th feb. Might be a scam. I am awaiting a refund. Hope I don't have to wait long for a refund. Just be careful before you place an order as you might end up like me. I dread having to deal with issues like this in this day and age. Having to chase them to give me back MY money. Oh well. Will DEFO not order from manscaped again.

Ordered 4/11 and recieved my package 10/11.
I just got one complaint, in the order confirmation email it said I would recieve another mail from Manscaped when the order had been shipped.
I never got another mail, so I was a bit anxious if it would ever show up.
Next thing I heard was from the delivery service in Denmark that they recieved the package.

It came in a neat package, products seems good but I have yet to try it.

On February 7th I ordered a range of products offered by Manscaped EU on their website which was advertised as an exclusive offer.

After carrying out a number of checks and confirming the company is legitimate, I went ahead and placed the order as the checkout page states that Input Tax & Customs Duty are Included. The order was successfully placed and payment completed through PayPal. My order was stopped in transit for over a week and I reached out to the company for an update, to which they have not replied. Subsequent attempts to contact the company were made, to no avail.

A few days ago I received a notification from the customs office that my package was being held as fees were due, as this package had arrived from China. Note that the website at all times states shipping occurs from the UK, which is simply untruthful. At no point during checkout does the company advise that customs charges are due on delivery.

As I am not prepared to pay these fees, I made further attempts to reach out to the company as they require a formal RMA request. Again, the company has not replied. The phone number supplied rings without ever connecting the call.

I have now exhausted all ways of attempting to reach customer service for a resolution and my package will be returned within 13 days due to unpaid customs fees. A case is ongoing with PayPal for a full refund.

A fraud report has been submitted to the competent authorities in California as well as the FTC.
