We (mijn dochter en ik) wachten al meer dan 6 weken op terugbetaling van een retourzending.
Telefonisch alleen Engelstalige mensen die je niet kunnen helpen.

Schandalig.
We willen gewoon ons geld terug!

I bought some underwear; one pair had a stain on it, and the packaging looked strange. When I tried to return it, I never got a return label. They didn't reply to any if my emails. I had to contact my bank and refund my money. Right after that they sent me an email asking why i had done so. Their excuse was that they had with their electronic system and sent me return label. The whole process took more than month. I am not sure if it's a scam store or just terrible customer service.

Al een maand geleden ontving ik bericht dat mijn retour was verwerkt en het geld teruggestort. Echter nog steeds geen geld gezien. Al meerdere keren contact gehad met de klantenservice, die de hele tijd zeggen dat het eraan komt. Maar ben nu wel hopeloos of dit nog gaat gebeuren. Nooit meer hier bestellen.

Een BH waar de beugel na 2 x dragen uit is. Onderbroek na 1 x dragen. Stuur netjes foto’s, en dan kun je een voucher krijgen voor 20% korting op een volgende bestelling. Heb bedankt, gooi het spul maar in de container. En zal zeker nooit meer iets bestellen. Waardeloze tegemoetkoming, slaat werkelijk nergens op.

This brand is pure fraud, They take online orders but never take return of that product it takes ages to communicate with them, be careful before doing any purchase from this brand

I’ve tried to order the same items on the sale 7 different times over a period of 10 days and kept getting emails saying the items were no longer stock even though they were still on the website and customer services told me this was correct, said there was a glitch on my account, to use a new email address and go through google. I did all this to no avail. The products are good, Ice been buying their bras for years but I don’t think I have ever encountered such rude and totally disinterested customer service. I think these agents are simply paid to pick up the phone and have no authority to offer any real help. I give up

Vooral niet bestellen bij deze website, want als je met de klantenservice te maken krijgt dan …. Echt ontzettend slechte communicatie en afhandeling. Ik heb 7 weken gewacht op de afhandeling van de retour. De enige berichten die ik kreeg waren als ik zelf een vraag stelde en het antwoord was dan altijd dat ik geduld moest hebben. Pas op met dit bedrijf dus.

False promotion codes on their website, badly functioning website, poor quality products and really dreadful customer service.

The website doesn’t compute a delivery address that doesn’t have a number, just a name.

The promotions advertised on the front page of their website cannot be entered at checkout, so basically it’s just false advertising.

Customer service took 15 days to answer my complaint. There was no apology, no offer of assistance and just very unhelpful. Rudely told that promotions could not be retrospectively applied. It wasn’t retrospective when I bought the items in good faith on the promise of 20% off!

Triumph used to make such good quality products but the latest ones are rather cheap and nasty looking; their prices have increased substantially, so they have become very expensive now. Triumph goods have become extremely poor value for money.

Judging by how long it takes them to answer e-mails, I guess they’re having a lot of complaints at the moment.

My review here only refers to the experience I had with customer service at ch.triumph.com
They could definitely put more care into their e-commerce solution to improve the consumer experience during the purchasing process, but delivery is quick, reliable, well-packaged and returns are very easy.
Their customer service however doesn't match this experience: I wrote to them about a year ago, enquiring about latex-free underwear and asking which products would be suitable for me.
To this day, I have not even received an acknowledgement of my enquiry, despite being a loyal customer for the past ten years, having spent a fair amount of money purchasing ALL my underwear at Triumph Online.
I have now taken my custom elsewhere.

Placed an order but never received it. Contacted the servicedesk, they asked me to place another order (and pay again!) I wanted my money back, they promised me a refund within 10 days but I never received anything.
Now they claim that they already paid it, I should contact my bank. They cannot give me any proof of payment. This is ridiculous, don’t order here unless you want to waste money.
