Great Company

Great Company Quick Responses, Cheap Prices, Friendly Responses, Good Stability On All Servers Vps, Ark Servers Ect, Used Them For Months Never Had Any Problems At All, Proboley The Cheapest And Most Respectable Game Provider Out There, Many Big Servers In There Games Use Them, Love The Boys From The Uk, Keep Up The Good Work

I tried multiple hosts before trying…

I tried multiple hosts before trying EUGameHost and I won’t be looking anywhere else now. Aaron is always so quick to help in tickets, recently purchased an upgrade and it was simply done no progress was lost. Will be recommending them to any Fivem servers and everyone else.

Installed windows server 2023, no DNS to even view a website. After paying around with the DNS settings in the control panel for pages to display only to be met with a laggy horrible server. Cancelled. They keep the full months money , no refund, avoid. Escalating with mastcard.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience.

After your support ticket was raised regarding connectivity and login issues, we investigated and confirmed the server was externally reachable, with RDP access working from our side. We also provided network testing to demonstrate connectivity while offering further troubleshooting and reprovisioning assistance.

At the time of the ticket, no refund request had been made. Once you later requested a refund, this was processed immediately with no refusal.

Regarding performance, access via the web-based KVM console can feel slower than connecting through Windows Remote Desktop, which is the intended method once setup is complete.

As the refund was issued immediately upon request and you were never denied that request, we would appreciate the review being updated to reflect this.

We always aim to resolve issues where possible and are happy to assist if something is not working as expected.

No transparency

At first, the first months was okay for running a server there, but later the performance kept getting worse until it became unacceptable. Another issue is the complete lack of transparency in their service — everything is basically “trust me, bro.” You can’t monitor your server usage, you can’t see what percentage of the shared resources you’re actually using, and you never know if noisy neighbors are affecting your server performance and causing FPS drops, which definitely happened in my case. And all they can say is that it’s your issue — and that’s it.

we’re sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience.

We want to clarify a few points here. Shared-node providers generally don’t expose total host or node-wide resource usage to customers, as this isn’t standard practice across the VPS/game hosting industry. However, we understand the frustration when performance doesn’t feel consistent, and we take reports of degradation seriously.

We also want to address the suggestion that concerns were dismissed, that’s certainly not how we aim to communicate or support customers. If that was your experience, we’d like to better understand what happened.

At the moment, we’re unfortunately unable to identify your account from this review, but we’d genuinely like the opportunity to investigate. Please open a support ticket with your service details so we can review performance history and see what may have caused the issues you experienced. If there was a problem on our side, we want to fix it.

Using EugameHost not for the first time, we have been EugameHost customers for more than 2 years, have had multiple dedicated and VPS servers, and have had no issues whatsoever. They have really nice owners and support who help out as quickly as they can. An amazing host.

I’ve used EUGameHost for…

I’ve used EUGameHost for a while now. From web hosting, to their VPS/VDS range and even colo services. I’ve never had any major issues, and any minor issues which are always my fault :) - they’ve been there to solve it. The customer service is 10/10. They’re priced extremely fair for what you get, a company that truly cares about their clients with staff who know what they’re doing. The best hosting company there is.
