des bon a rien, même pas capable de faire un site digne de ce nom, aucune réponse aux mails, un chat qui ne marche pas, des demandes qui n'aboutissent jamais dans les délais, comme d'hab avec ce genre d'institution, juste des pompes à fric qui ne servent à rien , des parasites.
Poor business practices. You apply for a subsidy for your brand name, receive approval, and then you can't log in to their website for weeks, causing the voucher to expire. Whereas if I had been able to log in, I could have extended it for another month. I've had email correspondence back and forth about this. On the phone, they say my voucher is no longer valid and that I can apply for a new subsidy in 2027. Of course, and then I'm sure I'll run into the same problem again. Amateurish and unwilling to cooperate in finding fair and logical solutions.
Pity that one has to give at least one star. In my opinion even one star is too much for EUPIO. The website is far more the worst of all official websites in Europe that I have ever visited.
Website is always broken down, errors 404 type etc. A crying shame this has been going on for such a long time!
Nous avons reçu un accord de subvention pour déposer et enregistrer notre marque sur EUIPO (13202452651-2).
Ils nous envoient un courrier dans lequel l'article 4 mentionne clairement que l'EUIPO s'engage à nous rembourser le montant avancé dans un délai de 30 jours civils. Nous n'avons rien reçu un peu avant l'expiration du délai et ils nous demandent de patienter jusqu'à l'épuisement des 30 jours car il y'a des retards à cause des vacances. Après 30 jours nous les contactons à nouveau et ils nous disent qu'il s'agit de 30 jours ouvrables et non 30 jours calendaires. Au bout de 30 jours ouvrables nous n'avons reçu aucun remboursement et ils nous disent que le délai de 30 jours n'est pas garanti. Notre entreprise se retrouve sans pouvoir payer notre fournisseur. Nous avons ainsi rater l'évènement de vente de la rentrée scolaire et nous retrouvons en position d'impayés. Nous avons reçu plusieurs réponses incohérentes et quelques fois nous sommes même restés sans réponse. Voilà donc une institution Européenne qui ne respecte pas son propre contrat qu'il a rédigé. Nous avons même demandé un remboursement et l'annulation de notre inscription de marque car la somme dépensée est bien trop importante et nos paiements sont trop urgents, mais nous n'avons eu aucune réponse. Si nous avions su, nous n'aurions jamais accepté leur subvention que nous n'avons jamais reçu malgré la totale régularité du dépôt de notre demande de remboursement. Notre entreprise est réellement en difficultés à cause de tout ça. C'est totalement irréel. Merci EUIPO pour votre aide à notre entreprise.

The website is always broken on every platform imaginable, crashing on 90% of clicks, forcing you to repeat every step hundreds of times during months for a few basic tasks. Even though you can't even send documents using their broken system, they refuse to read legal documents sent by e-mail instead. Each time you reply them, it takes a month to hear from them again, only to yet again see that they have given critique on the wrong document and request that you illegally sign a new document for the company that no longer exists because the simple transfer took so long. At least they can't extort me for money anymore, now that it's legally impossible to file a new application.
Website is extremely slow to load in Australia. Overly complicated to use and account management features are very messy. I wanted to lodge a trademark transfer. Somehow the website did not link my account to the trademark I registered It with, and after arguing with the unhelpful and patronising customer support over email, I had to create another account, link ownership and lodge The transfer. Of course having to fill the transfer form for the third time. Basically what is supposed to take 30min ends up taking 2 weeks to solve. absolute garbage.
Not easy to navigate and if you make a mistake like we did it is like talking to a wall who just wants you to pay again and insist on communicating by fax in 2019. Think they forgot who they are serving and why they exist in the chase for more fees. Please someone reform this organisation
