Scam. Avoid if you don’t want to lose your money.

Reçu que la moitié de ma commande, j'ai écrit un mail a l'entreprise, aucune réponse, le téléphone n'existe pas ... Aucun moyen de les contacter... Je le retrouve livré a moi même avec une demi commande ( reçu abîmé) et de l'argent perdu...

Bref grosse arnaque, entreprise a fuir

Stay away from this thief, look at the reviews and also UKpreppingshop, same small time scammer that lives off customers money and doesn’t send a large number of items that have been paid for! He then insults you and everyone that questions his dreadful little shop! Read the reviews he’s actually comical in really sad way! 3 weeks on no crossbow and no refund!

I ordered some ReadyWise meals, a couple of water filters, and an excellent crossbow. The whole process was smooth — I got tracking updates the entire way, and the package arrived right on time. Everything was packed securely, and all items came in perfect condition. The quality is exactly what I expected. Very happy with the order.

Zeer slecht, betaald en niet àlles geleverd. Nadat ik een mailtje had gestuurd geen reactie meer. Dus niks bestellen daar 🙁

Bestelling geplaatst en betaald. Geen reactie of bevestiging ontvangen in de dagen/week erna. Nog een mail gestuurd en nog een ….. zonder resultaat.
Ziet er na uit dat deze persoon de boel oplicht en niets gaat leveren.
Vermijd deze website en koop niets …. alles lijkt te mooi om waar te zijn.
Ondertussen contact gehad met Fulfilment.nl BV ( logistiek beheer van EuPrepping) die meteen al aangaven dat ze al 2 maanden geen zaken meer doen met EUPreppingshop ivm niet nakomen van afspraken.
Duidelijke en vriendelijke mensen die zelf ook nog contact gingen leggen om mijn probleem aan te pakken.
Wordt vervolgd …..

Don't buy anything from this site! It is run by a scammer who will find a hundred excuses not to deliver.

Didn't get all of my money back when the products weren't in store. They react poorly on mail, don't investigate what's going wrong and saying that the refunds got thru. (But I didn't get the money)
It's over a month, but they stopped reacting on email. Don't pick up the phone...

Becarefull,
This is a scam website. You pay and you get nothing .
Not even a answer, nobody responds to the message, to the call.
I never receive my order . I lost a lot of money.

Bestelling is geplaats. Helaas is slechts 10% geleverd. Via de email wordt er geschreven dat er geleverd is geworden. Er is niet geleverd geworden. Slechts 1 doos van de betaalde 6 dozen. Er is niemand bereikbaar en niemand reageert op mijn verzoek. Telefonisch is er niemand bereikbaar.

Unfortunately, my purchases have not arrived since January 9. the store is irresponsible, not professional. I lost time and money. I referred the case to the Consumer Ombudsman, and today I reported online fraud.

Commande passé, il y a 6 mois et toujours rien reçu. Il répond pas aux mails ni au téléphone.l adresse notifié est un entrepôt ou il n est pas présent.

Na het plaatsen van de bestelling een mailtje ontvangen dat de bestelling wordt verwerkt. Daarna niets meer gehoord. Contact met het telefoonnummer levert niets op. Contact met het fulfilment bedrijf (Fulfilment.nl B.V.) dat het magazijn beheert gelukkig wel. Schijnbaar was een deel van mijn bestelling niet op voorraad, dus wachtten ze met het versturen van de hele bestelling. Na bijna 2 weken werd er toch geleverd.

Bad business owner. Not transparent, bought prep food, didn’t deliver the next business day as advertised. Didn’t reply on emails or calls, so used the AMEX protection. This helped and he finally delivered after weeks. Now he is threatening literally …

Before ordering my emergency food supply, I had a good telephone call with Justin. I ordered, but never got any products delivered... First I got response to my email asking when it would be sent, but meanwhile there is no answer by email and he does not pick up the phone...

They took four moths delivering the minced meat, but made good on it.

Great products and service still exist!

I can't say enough positive things about EU Preppingshop. The store offers a fantastic selection of products that cater to a variety of needs. Justins customer service is second to none, I was impressed with his professionalism and experience. He was always readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. He made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

Highly recommended!
