The website was terrible when searching a particular location in france when I go back it would go back to every location in france . Did it all the time .nuisance trying to search one area

So easy to book. You can actually talk to a real person to help with any issues. Loyalty is rewarded well. Great range of accomodations and places to go.

The campsite itself while really small…

The campsite itself while really small was not big enough for the amount of chalets in it.We didn't have anywhere to park our car. The slides were a plus but the rest was just average.Not enough for kids to do in the evening,the arcade had 5 games and were constantly broken or not working properly. The so called heated pool was only open to kids in the morning from 10 to 1230..Staff were nice but cannot understand how this place has a 5 star rating

We are also sorry for the disappointment caused by the restricted kids' hours at the heated pool and the lack of facilities in the evening for you.
