I bought and paid for an item from this seller a couple of weeks ago. A week later I receive an email saying they had incorrectly priced the item and advised me to cancel the order and buy again at the revised price. Obviously I didn’t want to do this as alarm bells were ringing!
The seller has now cancelled the order and thankfully refunded my money.
I won’t be ordering from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either, there are plenty more value priced latex sellers out there with trustworthy reviews.

Alena was very communicative and helpful with adjusting the order. The quality of the final product was well worth the 3 month wait.

While the wait was long, it was clear at the start that was what I should expect.

Do NOT use Eurocatsuits under ANY circumstances. First red flag is that tomas will request you pay by bank transfer, so that when he has your money there is no way to dispute the transaction or recoup your funds when it goes wrong. Second is that Tomas will propose VAT import fraud to avoid paying VAT in his own country - he charges you VAT then keeps it for himself.

We placed a m2m order, and then requested to change it before providing measurements. Tomas initially agreed, then got impatient, and sent an item we did _not_ order, to an address we did _not_ have access to (a brief holiday address), despite having record of my residential address. He did this all despite multiple e-mails asking him not to, and seemingly just to cause harm. When i told him it was not the item we ordered, and we had no access to the address, his response was: "thats not my problem . Then the order will come back as undelivered and sit here for eternity".

We lost €700 because of Tomas Karafa at Eurocatsuits, and what feels like criminal behaviour. Do not risk ordering from him under any circumstances - he will treat you with contempt.

I've ordered from Eurocatsuits 3 times now and everything has been great. They did a custom latex fox suit with hood, ears, and inflatable tail for me and the fit is excellent, much better than any other latex gear I've bought. It's especially nice because I have unusual proportions (skinny with a small head) and I've had trouble getting good fitting gear, especially hoods. I've also ordered various accessories (socks, gloves) with no problems.

I've never had any problems with shipping, no delays. I'd say that in general they've done custom work faster than other latex builders out there, though I've only used a couple.

Eurocatsuits sent me an unusable vacbed kit and screwed me over on every part of my order:

1. I purchased the XL vacbed, but they sent me the wrong parts (large latex sheet and small frame).

2. Originally, I purchased the "express" option (3-5 working days) for 300 euros, but in reality it took him more than 1 month to process my order. Tomas Karafa (owner of Eurocatsuits) refused to refund me this option.

3. Tomas also made a mistake in customs forms (he set the customs value to 0 USD) which got my package stuck in the customs office, making me pay 200 USD more for import fees.

When confronted, he gave no explanations to his mistakes and refused all refunds. He offered only to send the proper parts through the cheapest method possible - Airmail, which has no tracking and will take forever to deliver.

When I started disputing the amounts through the payment processor, he stopped responding to my emails.

In the end I've lost more than 1000 euros on this company.
