Quick delivery

I think Eurocell is very good because they deliver from the nearest branch and it is easy to check availability and prices on their website.

The products are top quality, the staff very helpful and the delivery charge is very reasonable

Eurocell website easy to use and items are reasonable priced.
You can go to the local store who are very helpful.

Ordered and made payment via Pay Pal loft insulation rolls. I received an order no and promised free delivery. The cost was just under £200, the following day I received an email stating that they did not have the item in stock, and the supplier would only let them purchase £300 min. hence they cancelled my order. No help with an alternative was offered. My thoughts are that if they cannot afford to keep £300's worth of a basic like insulation roll in stock then they are probably not worth considering in the future. On the plus side I have to say that my money was returned pronto.

Good product easy to fit but the super glue was well out of date.

This was a click and collect transaction. A short while after making the order online I was telephoned to say it was ready and asked how I was going to transport it. When I said "on the roof of my wife's SUV" I was then told that because of the major item's size (5M X 300mm) they would be happy to deliver it to me which they duly did about half an hour later. An unexpected and very welcome surprise and excellent customer service.

Applied online for a trade account. Spoke to the local Manager and was told to expect confirmation in a few days. Chased up after a few weeks, along with a request for a quote for a few thousand pounds worth of cladding. Heard nothing back. Managed to add me to their mailing list though.

I think Eurocell is good because they had most of what I needed in stock and the staff were very helpful. Reasonable prices too. Definitely my first point of call in future.

Delivery did not arrive on date it was expected. No contact from the store regarding the delivery despite email assurance contact would be made within 3 days of placing the order. However then bombarded with numerous marketing emails

I placed an order. I had heard nothing so after 2 weeks I phoned for an update only to be told my order wasn't prepared yet as there was a problem with a machine. I was told I would get a date within a week. 10 days later with no communication I had an email.saying I was getting a refund. No reason, no apology and I hadn't asked for a refund as I wanted the insulation. Appalling service I do not recommend to anyone. Manners and curtesy cost nothing and go a long way.
4th June
I had a reply saying that the Regional office would look into this. I will await a response, possibly an apology. I will keep you all updated on if their communication and manners improve!

I placed the order in the morning and it was delivered the same day. Driver was helpful

They always have just what we need and their delivery is fast and very courteous.

Had to chase delivery, but otherwise very pleased with product and customer services

Order placed 19/08. Told would be given delivery date in 3 working days. Heard nothing. Tried phoning local depot, no answer. E-mailed customer service, received reply, a copy of e-mail to local depot telling them to contact me. Nothing. Called into local depot, had order on system, didn't know when it would arrive in. Spoke to local depot Friday 30th Aug, nothing had arrived on Thursday weekly delivery! Heard nothing since (Sept 2nd). One star flatters them really.
