Used click and Collect at the Aldridge branch. Staff at the branch were professional, pleasant and very helpful. Great service.

We called into the Aldridge depot to view the composite fence panels we were considering buying. The sales advisor Aaron was very helpful & knowledgeable & we placed an order. Very impressed with the range of products available & we will definitely use them again

I needed some UPVC cloaking to smarten up an existing window. Eurocell’s prices were a fraction of what Wickes wanted and there was much more choice. I was expecting delivery in two days and it arrived about an hour after I’d ordered it!!

The staff here have been brilliant with our company over the years, always been extremely helpful, proactive and positive when communicating with us. I want to put a special mention to Aaron who really is a great representative to eurocell as we’ve had a business relationship for a number of years and always goes the extra mile.

Been to Aldridge branch twice in a week, both guys I saw were very helpful and knowledgeable, delivered the same day within the hour 👍, brilliant service , have more plastic to buy in the near future , will definitely go back.

I went into the Aldridge branch today where I was greeted by Steve and Aaron who were very helpful. They were very understanding and helped me get the product I needed. I would highly recommend you use this branch the customer service is fantastic.

We have been using the Aldridge branch for a few months now and all I can say is they are amazing! The manager, Steve, and Aaron on the desk are so helpful! They helped us go through our orders to ensure we had the right things, nothing was too much trouble for them. We will continue to use the branch, purely based on their customer service!
