Excellent service, reasonable delivery charges and free when ordering very minimal amounts. Delivery is very timely and the products are competitively priced and good quality.

After a phone call to verify their closing time i arrived at exactly 4.20pm (10 minutes early) to find the roller shutter half way down. I knocked on the glass below & a man behind the counter stared at me & spoke to me. No idea what he said with door closed and the counter approx 20ft away . I waited 2 minutes knocked on the glass again & i managed to hear ..(we are closed) He could not even bother to approach the door.After a 20 minute drive i was very annoyed. Terrible customer care

Bought Eco Panels via the online system.
The process was easy to use and the service from the local depot was excellent. I am gradually replacing all my old wooden fence panels for this more modern look. They are also stronger and, unlike the wooden ones, don't think rot or break in high wind.

I ordered online on a Saturday morning my confirmation email said it wouldn't be ready until Monday but I needed it that day. Phoned the store and the man at the blackburn branch got it all ready for me to pick up 30 minutes later. Excellent service.
