Needed guttering and facia, the facia had to be ordered as non stock item.
Took a couple of days longer to get the facia in store for me to collect than planned but staff kept me informed of progress.
In store staff helpful, friendly, efficient and polite.

Went with a vague idea of what I wanted for my project and came away with exactly the right goods.
Mark and the team at Euro cell Burton on Trent were amazing.
Advised and explained very thoroughly what I would need. I always go Euro cell as the help and assistance is top notch.
Big thanks to the team for the amazing help and support as always.

Not the most helpful team of staff. Not interested in customer service and closed early on more than one occasion despite opening times stating open

Awful experience!! Ordered 2 windows from Burton on Trent store. Asked for Anthracite grey on white, flush sash smooth windows. Signed paperwork, windows arrived, and they are wood grain finish. When I raised this with the store apparently this is my fault as on the paperwork, that you printed, it didn't state smooth (it also didn't state wood grain or I would have picked that up). I am left with a bill of £1,100 and 2 windows that I can't use. I am self-employed, struggling right now and the customer service from the store has been awful!!
