We used Eurocell in Bury St Edmunds, the whole experience was fantastic. They are professional , helpful and really good value for money. From Darren the Manger to every member of staff we dealt with , the deliveries everything and everyone were helpful and happy a rarity these days. Yes Eurocell you’ll not be disappointed

It was a real treat to meet staff who welcomed you and answered all our questions. When collecting our purchases they even helped cut them to fit our car length.

After buying a new pvc door from Eurocell I found the customer service at the bury st Edmund’s branch at best rubbish as a trades man I no thing can go wrong it’s how they are sorted out.
Well it seems once you brought the product that’s it.if thing go wrong your on your own. This company has cost me well over £200.00 with the problem with the door and the way it’s been sorted out.as I write this review iam still waiting for new parts , I will have to go back on site to replace faulty parts at my cost.
I would not recommend this company to buy from I think iam being very fair writing this review.well Eurocell have scored a own goal this was a tester , we have just secured a large contract to supply window and doors ( please don’t contact Eurocell)
