Great service from my local (Castleford) branch - have used them for a few lab refits now & will in future

I'm a year late writing my review, but wanted to ensure my experience of Eurocell is shared. I received excellent help and support from Jonathan at the Castleford store as I sought to refurbish my roof lantern. This was a totally bespoke problem to solve and he helped offer suggestions on how I could achieve the task in hand showing me various products that they stocked to give me ideas on how I could fabricate the refurbishment as well as sharing his own experience which was much appreciated. Products were in stock and at a reasonable price.

I think one improvement to Eurocell's proposition could be that they either offer shorter lengths or resell offcuts of materials. I had to buy a few 5m lengths and only used around 1.5m of each, though I appreciate they largely deal with commercial companies that probably don't see the waste that I had as a DIYer.

Ordering was a breeze as everything was in stock. the Skirting boards that were part of the order were really good and work a treat. Delivery was quick but nobody phones to let you know the delivery date. I expect this is because delivery is usually to business premises. A very good experience though and well worth the while considering for things like Skirting boards as well as the usual upvc products.

Order placed for delivery, store attempted to contact me to arrange delivery while I was driving but left no message. Next day I returned the call and arranged delivery for the following day, the delivery did not arrive no contact was made to advise of any problem. The day following the failed delivery I had to contact store to ask where my order was, the respondent ridiculously told me that they had lost my number, which is a required field that must be provided when ordering on line. I was then informed that the member of staff had no idea that the items in my order were not stocked at this branch and would need to be picked up from elsewhere. The items did arrive on the second delivery date, but one item had damage under the wrapping, the actual items were good quality but the service is administered by buffoons.

I love the quality and service I have received. I am 3/4 of the way through converting my whole garden to plastic to save maintenance and painting. So far I have replace three sides of my front and rear garden with the slot in fencing and even replaced the decking. One more side to do and no more painting ☺️. I was allowed to go into the warehouse and look at products available to help me with future projects. Always thoughtful and helpful staff

My landscaper purchased composite fence panels from the Castleford branch. 6 months in they colour has changed from graphite (which was purchased to match bifold door colour) to light grey. I completely understand that fading can be expected but this has completely changed colour and is even different to the weathered samples they have yet they maintain it is down to normal weathering.

First class help and advice from Andy Dawson on our purchase of a Dales collection composite door from the Castleford branch. You don't expect this level of service from big companies. The ordering, timescale and delivery all went to plan and was kept fully informed what was happening. The door set is of excellent quality and if any problems occur I am confident that Eurocell would not hesitate to sort out. Thank You, Steve Hampson.

I called in today on the off chance they may have some cladding I require. How very helpful and polite the young lady behind the counter was.
