Ok if you want pick something up. Thats if they have it in stock. However the "free delivery when you spend over £50" is a joke. Ordered twice and took nearly 2 weeks to come and you dont even get any idea when its coming as theres no tracking.

Easy to order online.
Delivered the next day.

So I have ordered and paid for some skirting boards from the website and also chose to have them delivered. The website informed me the order would be sent to my local depot then delivered to me. After ringing them 3-4 times within an hour of them closing but receiving no answer (Monday) I have managed to speak with someone today (Tuesday). I explained that I had chosen items and paid for them on the website and after asking and finding my name was then told that it wasn't a stocked item for their depot and would be delivered to them next Tuesday and hopefully delivered to me Wednesday which is over a week away. I was hoping to do the work this weekend. I have used Eurocells products before (and they are good products), actually visiting the depot and selecting items and have had them delivered the same day but it seems ordering online is a more drawn out process. Disappointed.

I think Eurocell is very good because I ordered online and the prices are very competitive. Notified when order was ready to collect. Went into store and customer service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

Always got what I need

Arrived to collect, waited for 30 minutes whilst the shop assistant messed about with their computer system due to apparent lack of training and then watched as they searched around in the warehouse only to find that my order couldn’t be found! I had to reschedule collection to the next day wasting my time and petrol cost. Lack of staff training and a badly managed warehouse.

I awaited notification that my online order was ready for collection. This never came. The branch appeared to be unaware that the order had been placed until I eventually called in. There had been some sort of oversight.
The price of the ordered products was very competitive and good value.

A brilliant experience from start to finish. Joanne ( with a smile on her face) could not have done more to help. Will use the branch on all similar jobs! Keep up the good work!

Very fast service

First time purchasing from Euro sale staff very friendly only two happy to help staff member who helped me with my purchase was Joanne at the Chesterfield brunch was very helpful first time I have took a project like this on and wasn't sure about fitments and sizes and she walked me through it step by step showing me the different parts and component will definitely be using again in the future😃👍

Really enjoy dealing with the Chesterfield Branch and in particular Joanne, Her customer service and product awareness is invaluable to me. Its a shame I cant place my orders for other Eurocell branches across the country direct with her!

Ordered a couple of 5m lengths of fascia board online for a project. The boards were delivered within hours of ordering to my great surprise. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use again!
