Easy, fast and accurate delivery

Opened up a new account at Coatbridge online. Nobody has been in touch as stated, no username and password emailed to me. Placed an order on the 1 hour click and collect service. No text message to say it was ready. Arrived nearly 2hrs after placing the order, my order hadn't even been processed. I told him I didn't receive a text, "Ah we don't do that here" was his response.... Asked the guy what was happening about my new account details to be told oh you're in luck the sales manager is here today, it's him that sorts all that out. I'm still waiting on a call and I still haven't been emailed login details. Very very sloppy to say the least.

Thanks for the reply Eurocell, still no contact from anyone to give me my new account details, that's been a week now. You obviously don't care about getting new business....

I think Eurocell is very good because a wide selection of items to start and finish a job from scratch. Very quick delivery. So far, never out of stock for any items i have needed. Great prices and very reasonable delivery charges. They are always the first ones i look to for upvc items.

I made an order online and it was delivered within a few days. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size of boards. I contacted the branch and customer services and they couldn’t have been more helpful and I managed to get a refund and order new boards which also were delivered within a days and other boards collected. Would highly recommend them and would order more items from here.

I think Eurocell is very good because They have good quality products at great prices. I have been using them for a few years now after a lucky google search. The people in my local depot are very friendly and willing to help

Always easy to find what i need to complete my project. Great inventory and always find that what i need is in stock. Check out process is quick and easy, and delivery is usually very quick. No hanging about to finish the job, just click and collect or get a quick delivery.

Just wanted to say thank you to Ken and Chaz for the excellent service I got today. Ken was really helpful when I was unsure of what items best suited the job and Chaz delivered them right to my back garden when other companies have dropped them as the first place they could. It's not often you get great service like this anymore but both were great

Great product range and competitive prices

No problems with my order. Staff very helpful. Member of staff cut my order for me. ( Forgot to bring my saw for transit. ) Three times i have used Eurocell never had an issue.
