Driver was pleasant/friendly and working alone lifting 5m boards (working after his normal shift time to get the last deliveries done!).
It was quick and easy to place my order online and collected same day. Friendly staff during collection.

UPVC Door Lock Gearbox Replacement
First time that I've used the counter service - I was a bit unsure of what I needed so thought it better to visit in person rather than just order on-line. The guy behind the counter - Paul, couldn't have been more helpful - took time to make sure that I'd selected the right item and explained what to do if there were any problems. A rarity these days - A1 Customer Service combined with technical knowledge. Many thanks
