Good service, pleasant people to work with and reasonable pricing.

I took six composite deck boards back over 3 weeks to your cramlington(Northumberland) branch as the employee on the desk said that it would be fine to get a refund. I still have not been refunded or had any correspondence with the branch or company. I thought I had found a good reliable company to buy my decking from as I am the owner of a landscaping company ( AS Landscapes & Driveways) but I guess not! Could I please just have my refund

ordered online and picked up next day in under 5 minutes, just the way shopping should be

Don’t answer the phone at all at any branch , don’t reply to emails, don’t send a delivery date, just got to buy online and hope for the best, poor service

Easy order process and quick delivery. I will use Eurocell again when the time comes.

They are the cheapest around for PVC products and the quality is great. The delivery was spot in within 48 hours.

Excellent all round service from the lads at Cramlington branch. Have been looking for some fencing for a while now went in to Cramlington after looking online. The 2 lads on the counter were very knowledgeable and gave great advice also give me a much better price than the website! My new fence was delivered same week just have to wait for the snow to clear off before I can fit it!

Used this branch for years they always look after me and my staff excellent service.

Great set of lads cannot do enough to help you out. After the recent storms I was needing a part for my gutter which was out of stock. The guy on the counter arranged for their driver to collect the part I need from another branch and dropped it off at my door less than an hour later. Outstanding service thank you Eurocell.

Had eurocell fencing installed last year - however they don’t supply proper grooved corner posts just a weak plastic add on groove. Every time it’s windy the panels pop out of the flimsy plastic groove.

Eurocell have responded that they can’t see any reason this is happening but I will await developments

Customer service is outstanding! I ordered online and was in the way to the store when I received a call from them informing me the order was ready to pick up. When I arrived the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. In and out of the store in less than 3 minutes.
Only issue I have is with the website. Pictures and descriptions could be just that little bit better.
Keep up the great work and service!! Shame you don't offer 'Customer service training'... I know a lot of UK businesses that could use it!!!!
