Great price , free delivery and so helpful! Forgot an item but spoke to aksha at my local shop, extremely helpful and sorted it. Can’t thank him and the team enough! Also next day delivery was brilliant!!!!

Jay and Akshay are a asset to Eurocell!

Not a pleasant experience. Firstly, they (Epsom branch) got very angry on the phone when I called to ask for an estimated delivery time for our materials. I needed this to coordinate with builders. Fortunately the Eurocell central helpdesk was more supportive and were able to call the store to find out the information. Why the store themselves refused to tell me I've no idea.

Then, next thing, when the goods were unwrapped they were damaged. The store refused to accept it was their responsibility even though we could prove categorically it was warehouse damage. Eventually after much arguing they agreed to replace the damaged goods but it took another 3 weeks for the replacements to arrive.

Your customer service is excellent I can't fault it top marks!

Absolute pleasure dealing with Jay and his staff, extremely helpful, friendly and informative, nothing is too much trouble they are a credit to your company. The materials is also of a very good quality. I have used them several time now and each time I have received the same 1st class treatment

Branch who told me delivery would be Weds before 1pm and it didn’t turn up until Thursday
