Online order 06.45am, collected in a couple of hours, all present and correct, great range of product, easy to use website, friendly staff, what’s not to like.

Placed order online goods in stock .Confirmation received straight away. Unfortunately didnt receive notication that the order was ready for collection. No real problem, made phone enquiry next day and was able to collect goods. Pleasant service by staff on collection

Awful company. I ordered something about 3 weeks ago. I paid £15 for quick delivery. Nearly 2 weeks later I decide to email and ask what's going on. Nothing. I've heard zero from them, except there automated email saying they've received my email. What a joke company. I wonder if the only way I'm going to get my money back is via a claim on my credit card!!

Emailed in an order and within 5 minutes was told it would be delivered tomorrow morning, First class service!

Great product and service at the Huntingdon branch

The team at our Huntingdon branch are superb. Great advice, finding the best deals and swift delivery.
Can't fault them and won't go anywhere else for like for like products.

I haven't received my order which I placed 2 weeks ago. I emailed the online contact who then forwarded my email onto the local Huntingdon Branch where the order was placed to make contact with me, and still haven't heard anything, despite paying for my items. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend, and I now need to chase a refund.

Ordered 180 mm wide windowsills two links at 6 m. Also order 12 pairs of windowsill ends and was delivered 125 mil wide ends poor service

Delivered promptly. The wrong edging strip was sent but the Driver kindly offered to deliver the correct one on the following Monday
