Easy to order great delivery

I ordered replacement patio doors from the Huyton branch in Liverpool. The counter staff could not have been more helpful.
The lead-time was as quoted. Quality was second to none.
But I've saved my highest praise for Steve and his colleague who delivered the materials. They literally went above and beyond to ensure everything was placed safely to the side of the house. So in conclusion, thank you to all involved!

after being informed that my order is ready to be collected, i travelled 15 miles only to find one of the three items was not available. the staff said would i phone the next day or so to see if it is available and then to travel another 15 miles to collect again. To compromise i asked if they would deliver my missing item they said it would cost £15. This is poor service.

The guys are good I’m Huyton branch but it’s difficult to park there only a couple of spaces and double yellow lines outside so always recommend click and collect for speed. Though on this occasion was a bit of a wait as a couple of guys in front of me where buying a number of items and then had to wait

Easy easy website and cheap but good gear

Everything in stock that I wanted at a good price for quality goods, delivered free for spending over £100.

Had what I wanted iin stock and ready to collect within 30 minutes, spot on friendly service.

I had an excellent experience with Eurocell Huyton, thanks to Terry, the branch manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my order was sorted promptly and hassle-free. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out.

It’s rare to find such genuine customer care these days, and Terry made sure everything was handled efficiently. The whole team was friendly and helpful, making the process smooth from start to finish.

15 days on from ordering I still have no idea where my item is despite the website as showing in stock for all local yards.
I patiently waited and chased them after 10 days and got an email reply tagging in the local yard asking them to make contact and give an ETA… still nothing.

Ordered fences 12th July.
It’s now the 27th and I haven’t heard anything in over a week.

Easy to use web site, but talking direct to the store also helpful, excellent products and delivery spot on

Called in to Eurocell Huyton and spoke to a guy called Ryan, he was extremely helpful and sorted me out with everything I needed as well as instructing me on how to assemble and gave me so useful advice. We definitely recommend and go back there again.

First class company very good prices on all PVC goods would highly recommend Eurocell especially the Huyton branch, Terry and Ryan at the Huyton branch the two guys are very professional and very helpful when talking on the telephone whenever I require materials they get them in stock for the following day they really look after the customers not like other companies that buy PVC materials from.
