Eurocell plc - Isleworth レビュー 

Decided on a Garden Room with Eurocell and had the amazing good fortune of having Robin Iles coordinate the whole project. Not only was he thorough and professional but he took a personal interest in ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. Even when I changed my mind at the last minute he was able to accommodate the changes easily. He arranged for a really great set of contractors to do the installation and checked that I was happy every step of the way. Can’t praise Robin highly enough - he’s a great asset to Eurocell with his manner and knowledge.

I went to the Iselworth branch for the first time.
I was warmly greeted & offered assistance.
My requirements were a bit complicated. Mr Dhrm went out of his way to explain & help. I was very impressed with his attitude and customer service. Thank you 🙏 Mr Dhrm.

I think Eurocell is above average because Isleworth

The item I had ordered online when I went to collect was simply not ready. The customer assistant then rummaged around looking for it and gave me two other similar items before locating the correct one. Another customer present commented, "it's always like this." The product was good.

Absolute shamble! Ordered bifold doors for the loft conversion. Was told in the branch it takes 14 days. Heard nothing from them. Went to the branch and was told it was delayed. At the end, it was delayed by 3 weeks. It arrived yesterday and it’s 20cm bigger and the built-in rain water drainage system is inside the door rather than outside! Absolute nightmare. My building project came to stop, the amount of stress is high, unnecessary extra costs (have to keep the scaffolding for longer, have to pay the builder extra,…). Please be aware and use other trades.

I recently purchased some 150mm capping board from the Isleworth branch. The staff member was both knowledgeable and courteous. A credit to the organisation. I was recommended the store by a friend I will be returning.

Always a pleasant experience. The staff are always warm, knowledgeable and attentive. Never any troubles when visiting this store.

@eurocellplc the most dishonest abhorrent company! They make you promises, take your deposit and the demand full payment and then don’t deliver! Absolute scammers!! Avoid this dishonest company!! I have evidence to prove this!!

Never used Eurocell before. Was weary about using them due to the negative reviews but the isleworth store came recommended by another trader so I gave it a go. Called up and spoke to the manager kenen. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Walked me through my options and advised the best fit for what I wanted. Told me to come in branc see windows on display. Came in same day and he walked me through exactly what I’d get and from each window type and discussed best option for my customers property. Gave measurements and got quote back to me by 9am next morning. Reasonably priced and new exactley what I was getting. Just waiting for customer to confirm job and will be placing the order. Highly recommend using isleworth branch, a credit to the company and if all stores a like this I would recommend you listen to the good reviews not the few bad ones in here! Thanks for you help!

Great service at the Letchworth branch went to Stevenage in Luton and they could not help me ordering a window as they had no one who knew how to do it but the staff at Letchworth were brilliant

Would have been 0 stars had it not been for the phenomenal service at isleworth branch.

Called my local Greenford store. After 4 times of not getting through managed to get through to someone who had no idea what he was doing. Kept shouting to another member of staff asking his advice. The person who he was shouting to was too busy screaming and swearing in polish to actually help. Didn’t want to know or help. Not that he seemed to know what he was going on about either. Very rude. Very useless and very unhelpful staff.

I would have looked at another company but my company has an account with Eurocell, and I had no choice. But after the service from Greenford I refused to go to them. Never had an issue but new staff have taken over and no one knows what’s going on and the new polish manager is rude and abrupt and doesn’t want to know you.

Had to go to the next nearest store in isleworth. Their service was 5 star and the stars in my review are ONLY for the isleworth store.

Staff answered the phone almost straight away and could not be more helpful. When I went in to branch, Paul Elliott, Martin and Keenan were a good laugh, extremely helpful and provided an incredible experience and atmosphere.

Store was fully stocked and cleaner than the Greenford branch. Better staff. Better branch layout. Cleaner branch. Nicer atmosphere.

Will only be using isleworth now. Even though it is further out the way.

Isleworth keep up the good work and look forward to joking around next time I’m in!

Another great service from Keenan and the gents at isleworth. Can never do enough for you and always helpful, polite and a great laugh. Nice store. Great staff and people who genuinely care about you as a customer.

I went into the Eurocell store in Isleworth today to enquire about products and prices. The store was immaculate and best of all the two gentlemen who served me (Gary & Martin) were incredibly friendly and new there stuff!!! Will DEFINITELY go back to that store again!!! Ten out of Ten for service, satisfaction and product knowledge!!
