Our turnover with Eurocell has greatly increased over the past 18 months due to the effort and commitment shown to M3 by Ian Heppinstall and his team. Ian strives on the customer's requirements being priority and regularly goes over and above his role requirements.

Front door.
Ordered a new front door from the Kidderminster branch. Door arrived in perfect condition and fitted correctly. Communication was excellent. Would recommend.

Crooked glass on composite door.
Payed up front when I ordered a composite door combination from the kidderminster branch, they delivered it to my customer, when I took it out of the rapper the led on the glass was all to cock, I took the door back to complain and was told an engineer would have to see it on site, not in there shop. I never even had a phone call, seems to me they don't care once it leaves their shop, I need to order another door for another job but they won't get it, no aftersales what so ever.

Warped composite decking
We paid £1870 for 70 decking boards. 20 of these have warped badly & are a tip hazard, Eurocell sent out an inspector over a month ago, I have chased Kidderminster depot by email to no avail. had family party on 19th a 3year old had a nasty fall. Please act soon.
