Very helpful , great staff

Excellent service very helpful and polite delivery driver. Only problem was with the secure checkout took a few attempts for it to function. But very pleased with the around process.

Great service. Once I placed my order I emailed to ask if this could be delivered the next day. I was contacted by my local branch that afternoon and the goods were delivered the following day.

Can't fault my experience from start to finish easy website to use with local stock showing and even though this order was out of stock with a 14 day lead time they had it delivered to me withing 7 days with phonecalls to keep me updated throughout 👍

Brilliant service thanks

We ordered internal skirting boards and door facings for a renovation project. When the order was placed, the guy in the shop was helpfull and gave us advice as to what we needed.
We received delivery this morning, when opening the package this afternoon, the architraves were missing. I called the branch to ask about the missing items and was dealt with by the manager.
This is when things deteriated very quickly. He told me the delivery driver was new and made a mistake delivering them to another customer. Not a great problem, mistakes can happen (the delivery driver was extremely pleasant), he told me they wouldn't be delivered until sometime on Monday. I told him this isn't ideal and he responded "well I can't stay late tonight and give the driver overtime because I have something on and stay an hour away from branch and I'm just not doing it". The attitude was appalling and he was shouting even although I was perfectly calm.
He asked about my door sizes when we then realised that 1 length of architrave wasn't enough (which is what we were told when placing the order), he then went off on one again, don't blame us for not giving you enough when you didn't even provide measurements. Fair enough, I only ordered the 1 length based on the advice given at the time.
We went back to the branch to pay for another length and when in store, he was shouting in the warehouse "I don't know why this wasn't ordered when everything was ordered. The driver did bring both lengths out to us and was again very apologetic for the mistake.
The guy I spoke to reacted immediately when I mentioned the impact the delay would have and was nothing but rude and aggressive. As a paying customer I do not expect to be spoken to in that manner when I'm making an enquiry.
If you can manage to source items elsewhere, I would, because if you need to follow anything up the service is non existing. What sort of example is being set if a manager behaves in this manner. Absolutely disgusted.

It was easy to order the products I needed from Eurocell. The staff in the branch were polite and quick to have my order ready for collection. The branch is reasonably local and the products are very good quality.

Holly and the team were very very helpful delivery on time uplifting the materials to go back not a problem when ordering the staff explained what was needed and I would recommend the kirkcaldy branch so when we get around to work on the rear of the house .as tArne would say I’ll be back
