This is my 2nd visit to Eurocell Kingfisher business park in Liverpool. Once again I can not fault the place the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable they can not do enough for you. Phil went the extra mile by showing me the different products they had and advised on what would be the best for me and even helping me to my car with it. Phil is a credit to your company. I will be recommending this branch to family and friends

Today I have been trying to find a peice of PVC Drip Trim for my cladding, plenty of places online but trying to find it in person to collect was challenging, enter Eurocell ✅

I called ahead and asked if they had what I needed and they did. I dropped into the Liverpool store on Kingfisher Business Park to then be greeted by a smiling Paul who was hugely knowledgeable and patient with my lack of experience being a intermittent DIYer at best.

Honestly it was so refrreshing to be in a store that likely for the most part serves expereienced tradespeople, and yet Paul was a pleasure for me to encounter both as a customer and a novice.

Couldn't be happier with my experience, thank you Paul!

Picked up some cloaking fillets today, absolute brilliant service at Liverpool Kingfisher Branch. Realised after driving away I'd picked up the wrong size so went back and within a few minutes I was back on the road. No complaints, exactly how things should be.

The staff in the Bootle branch are always very helpful and offer a great service.

I had some issues previously with some window beading (established that it was not the fault of Eurocell) but the way Paul, and Will from the Huyton branch, helped put it right was excellent. It’s often the way people, and businesses, react to issues that shows the level of service and I couldn’t fault either Paul or Will for the way they handled it. Thanks again.
