Great value for the money and the product is great the delivery driver went out of his way to deliver this product on time and put it in the house for me great service

Order placed email confirmation along with note to say store delivering the items will be in touch to arrange delivery. Stone wall silence for over 4 days then I get a random call from a delivery driver saying he’s at my property and no one’s home. I explained I should have been contacted to arrange delivery after back and forth he agreed to leave items on the drive. He saved the whole order the 1 star is for lack of communication and not following your own processes

Eurocell were reasonably priced and also had a good special offer on which gave further savings. Delivery was quick and low price threshold for free delivery meant I didn't need to cut uPVC trim pieces to fit in my vehicle. Instore staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

I had ordered my goods online, got free delivery and within half an hour I had a phone call giving me a delivery slot the following morning, well done Eurocell, thank you .

Products are good and staff at branch are helpful but beware of internet ordering. Ordered items 'click n collect' and told to go and collect them as in in stock at branch but when I got there was told that they were not in stock. Complete wasted of 2 hours journey and beyond. Staff at branch were well aware of the issue with stock misinformation like this one... Got there in the end but time is money and this cost me... Fix the web ordering pls guys..!!

I visited the Trafford Park branch .. Simply fabolous. Got what wanted, a smile and great staff!

Placed the order in the morning then received a call from them asking would i be in shortly and sure enough delivery was made quite quickly.

Speed of delivery and a very helpful driver

As always, yet another perfect transaction! From ordering on the website right through to delivery everything went smoothly and effortlessly. The team at Trafford Park are superb at understanding the importance of fluency regarding delivery etc and go above and beyond to meet your needs, they have been extremely helpful with part of my latest order that was outsourced too.
