Excellent customer care! the team are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in all respects.

Been in to the Nelson branch this morning and it stunk of weed. The guy behind the counter also had bright red eyes like he was stoned.

Good helpful staff, despite me being just "Joe Public", ie not a heavy spending business. Always really helpful by phone or email to sort out stock availability & deliveries.

What a fantastic service, I ordered online and realised I had forgotten to add something,gave them a call to add to the order,they was very helpful and my delivery was made within 4 hours of ordering, I ordered over £50 and the delivery was free, you wouldn't get this kind of service from any other company

First time using Eurocell, won't be the last. Excellent.

Good service quality products at affordable price

Never thought about ordering composite Eco fencing before I came across Eurocell whilst looking for a small amount of fencing for the side of a gazebo the quality is great its very well made the guys at my local branch ( Nelson ) were very helpful with sorting my order delivered to the door , well done you guys

As a complete novice when it comes to building materials etc. I have been absolutely delighted with the staff here, Craig in particular has always been patient, courteous, friendly and incredibly helpful. He is an amazing asset to your organisation and I would wholeheartedly recommend this branch based on the multiple experiences that I've had, the level of consistency and service is unparalleled and refreshing. Keep up the amazing work.

I called in on Tuesday 4th November with kind of an idea of what I wanted and the gentleman on the counter (sorry forgot your name) was more than helpful in advising what I was looking for and how much id probably need. Will definitely be back again 🙂

Took up plenty of my time interviewing etc and failed to even bother to let me know the outcome. Poor form from an organisation that prides themselves on service and doing the right thing etc.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, had no communication so rang them to be told they would ring the manufacturer as no lead time. Couldn’t contact them by phone or email so ended up cancelling my order and got the same day through HPS at Padiham

I ordered some PVC panelling online , had a call from customer service straight away to inform that they have been ordered from supplier and can take up to 14 days but usual time frame is within a few days . When they came in stock (it was a few days) customer service called wanting to arrange delivery , it was arranged for the same day , also needed to return an item (surplus to requirements) and had a telephone contact day after the email was sent to arrange collection . Collected day after .
I wanted to give this company 5 stars for the excellent customer service, with arranging and speaking to actual people as apposed to electronic links and websites to arrange delivery .
The product purchased was also excellent quality, value and easy to install .

I think Eurocell is very good because it is a good product and was delivered within 30 minutes of me being informed it was in stocks.
