Called into the MK branch where they were extremely helpful answering our questions. Ordered requirements on website. Easy to use. Delivered next day out of Northampton by very helpful driver. Poor man so hot and no air conditioning in van. Excellent service and would use again.

Had the product, speedy call to confirm order was ready andd had the right product a a decent price.

Simple and easy to trace bits that I wanted and ordered them in minutes.

We purchased embossed cladding from Deeplas which is part of the Eurocell Group. This purchase was made in September 2025 and was for a substantial 4 figure sum. Some parts have failed. Deeplas have, from the outset when this issue was raised, been evasive, unprofessional and sought to put barriers in the way. They have tried to apportion blame to the contractors installing the panels and been most unco-operative.

Since this review we have still not been contacted by Deeplas or Eurocell and there has been no further progress. If this is their idea of customer service then it’s very very poor

easy to navigate web site and find what I was looking for, purchased and email confirmation order placed, wait for email or text to confirm ready to collect, this is what let Eurocell down no other communication so went to branch and it appeared the poor guy was on his own and rushed off his feet, fair play to him he recognised the order and swiftly dealt with me being in branch.

The price was good and delivery was quick and friendly. Thanks.

Firstly the products are great quality, but then add in a very keen price and quick/cheap delivery and they are ticking all the boxes.
