Friendly staff and they cut the item to my measurement so I could fit in my car

Simple pleasant transaction.

Ordered online. My order was ready when I arrived. Pleasant and helpful staff who offered advice on product selection

Ordered some ceiling cladding had a email confirmation confirming order advising somone would be in touch with a delivery day. Four days later I tried to ring but kept ringing out. I received the delivery a week after I ordered it but was not notified they were delivering. So was not in to receive the order. Luckily driver left it at the back of the house.

The product is great, not so the poor communication regarding delivery.

Great customer service and great quality items I needed for fencing from this company. There were some delays with my initial order where items were found to be out of stock but this was soon resolved. My second larger order was placed and delivered very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone for building materials

BUT !! When I went to collect it the branch couldn’t find it at first it seems the online orders go to a central hub after 10 minutes searching they located it

Looking on the website.we found plenty of choice and contents. Our order was delivered early next working day.Went to the showroom for a few finishing bits. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely would use again.

I visited the Nottingham store and the guys who served me could not have been more helpful! Both were extremely friendly and gave some great advice that I was in need off.
I will definitely be using this company again in the future and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for friendly and great service.

Placed an order on 20th Sept and was informed delivery details be forwarded within 48 hours - it didn't happen until 25th Sept and then only after many emails and HQ staff confirming they had emailed Nottingham branch for info twice themselves during this period without success.
If you want a quick delivery don't bank on getting it without a lot of hassle or checking on the calibre of local management first.
