Great service and product. Ordered on line simple process.

We needed a Studio so I could pot at home. We looked at all types of sheds and Garden rooms and eventually settled on Eurocell Kyube garden room. I thought it gave me the best value for money. Very low maintanance and great insulation so it could be used all year round. A lot of extras were included in the price.
Matthew Riddell salesman came round and went through what I wanted. No hard sell. Got to touch and feel the product. Price and date of build were set. Delivery and build went extremely guickly with out loss of quality. I love it.

Have been trying to order a small amount of composite decking and frame. We had been in last year and found what we liked. Eventually we have got area cleared and went to the store to order in June. They were unable to quote as the guy there didn't know how to! Therefore he left a message for it to be quoted. Anyway long story short we've been backwards and forwards trying to get quotes and order sorted. Eventually after emails and phone calls we had a delivery date of 4 September. We rang on the 1st to make sure all in but the adjustable feet weren't. We Therefore rearranged delivery for 5th. We had took a week off to do the work. On the 5th we had a message to say the feet could be 10/12 weeks!! They were going to contact supplier and ring us on the 6th with update. No phone call!! We Therefore emailed and cancelled the order and asked for money back. Absolutely poor customer service!

Using the website, I was able to identify what I wanted and check stock availability in store. I ordered and paid online to collect my order from my local Eurocell store. The staff were friendly and efficient in fulfilling my order and I was quickly on my way. I have used Eurocell many times and it is a supplier that I can trust.

Service couldn't have been better. Ordered in morning, delivery in afternoon on same day. Fantastic. Didn't expect that at all.
Will use again!

9/10/21..Rip off merchants...total and utter rip off merchants...went into the Peterborough store for one length of plastic 25mm X 25mm rigid angle...only to find a TWENTY PER CENT MATERIAL SURCHARGE added on. No warning from the sullen faced miserable staff member. Only noticed it when I got home. This is an outrageous and totally profiteering, bung it in my back pocket'tax'...NEVER GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN AS THIS IS NOT THE ONLY ISSUE WITH THEM...YOU CHECK PRICES ON THEIR WEBSITE AND WHEN YOU GET TO STORE, TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRICE AND NOT IN FAVOUR OF THE CUSTOMER. POINTED THIS OUT TO ONE OF THE GUYS THERE ONE DAY AND ALL I GOT BACK WAS A LOAD OF EXCUSES AND, I QUOTE, 'IF YOU DON'T WANT IT YOU CAN LEAVE'. BLOODY AWFUL COMPANY...To James @ Eurocell....a surcharge of TWENTY PER CENT IS UNACCEPTABLE....please don't try all the blah blah about costs etc... TWENTY PER CENT is not a surcharge, it is your company making excuses but pocketing straight profit....if your excuses are real, how come the other company I deal with for plastics isn't adding a 20% surcharge....? You're just ripping people off..end of story
